Reduce your sugar intake. Look at the food labels and check their sugar content of the food you eat, you will be amazed at how much sugar some foods contain Sugar is your enemy sugar is addictive; It releases dopamine to the brain causing a natural high. Dopamine is the primary neurotransmitter involved in addiction. Do you drink full-sugar soda drinks look at the sugar content these are unnecessary empty calories, start drinking more water if you don't like plain water add some cucumber or fruit like strawberries to it? Stop buying processed foods that are high in sugar content. If you do not have the willpower or support you need to cut down your sugar intake, I can help with my alternative weight loss coaching.
