Episode description

Anna Geary knows what it is to lead a team. As Cork Camogie Captain she has won numerous All-Ireland and All-Star medals. She is fully aware of what it takes to be a champion and wants to pass those life skills on to inspire others. And she also knows that fun is fundamental. If you aren't enjoying it then it's not the right environment. She says, "If you make ten mistakes, you should go for eleven. It's about learning in a non-judgemental environment" Weekend breakfast with Alison Curtis spoke to Anna about getting young people into sport, and creating a non--judgemental environment especially for girls, her awesome Instagram (see below) now at over 125k - full of wellbeing wisdom, and also about being part of Team Green with Repak.
