Josh Hall

Welcome my friend into a very special episode of the Web Design Business Podcast .

In the previous episode , which was a celebration episode for the five-year milestone of the show , at the very end I said that I would dedicate an episode purely to the next evolution of my web design community Web Designer Pro 2.0 , and I'm excited to announce officially today that Web Designer Pro 2.0 is live . And what is the big announcement ?

What is the big change , what is the big innovation between the first version of Web Designer Pro and 2.0 ? Well , it is drum roll please . Tiers . Web Designer Pro is now at a tiered model and I'll explain the tiers and everything , all the differences , the details and everything here .

But in short , previously Web Designer Pro , there was only one tier and one price point and that included everything . With Web Designer Pro , if you don't know , it's kind of the big three C's it's courses , community and coaching . So you get access to my entire suite of web design and web business courses .

You get access to the amazing community that we've fostered for a long time now and have just built up an incredible little friendly , amazing corner of the internet that is super supportive , super helpful and super engaged . And coaching you get direct coaching access to me inside of Web Designer Pro .

My coaching model is weekly group-style coaching calls and you get a direct DM line of access to me for personal and confidential and private coaching 24-7 whenever you need it 24-7 whenever you need it . Now this model has served me really well and it is really what I think fostered such an engaged , tight-knit community .

But because of the coaching aspect , there is only so much time I have , quite frankly , to be able to coach the amount of members that we have , because we are actually closing in on capacity . I set a 250 member limit to how many people that I could coach with my style of coaching and we are very close to capacity Now .

I had known this was coming , which was the impetus for opening up different tiers .

So now , starting today , what is available for you now is a tier for just the courses , which is ideal for those of you who just want to go through courses , just want to get your business off the ground or just need time to learn before committing to the actual community or engaging .

The second tier is the community level , so you can actually join the whole Pro community and get access to all community aspects and all of my courses as well . And then there is the coaching tier , which is what pro has been at , which is absolutely full access to everything .

So you get courses , community and direct coaching with me , which again my coaching includes weekly group style coaching calls , which are a little more intimate . We do hot seats and website reviews and strategy and we often bring members up and talk about challenges and really get into strategy and things like that .

And then you get a direct DM line of coaching with me . That kind of thing we were typically doing like proposal reviews . You can ask me about offers , pricing , anything private that you don't want to share in the forum .

I've talked to people about business partner relationships that are a little tricky or changes in your services or model things that you may not want to talk in full in the group . You can DM me directly on the coaching tier . So we're going to go over this in detail .

I don't want to set the story here and a little bit of background as to what led to all this , but , in short , the tiers are live .

So if you just wanted to get a quick snapshot and you want to check them out now , you can go to webdesignaprocom and all of the information will be there and you'll be able to see the new tiers that are available for you .

I'm really excited about this because , as I mentioned , on as far as my sustainability , my capacity , I'm nearing capacity with coaching Now , as with any subscription . Those of you who are running maintenance plans and ongoing plans you know that just because you have 200 or 250 people on a plan , it doesn't mean that you're getting 200 DMs or emails every day .

But I am at a place where I'm finding that I want to make sure I continue to have all of my coaching members get the absolute best'm finding that I want to make sure I continue to have all of my coaching members get the absolute best priority support , support . I want to stay fresh , I want to show up .

I never want to give half ass answers or quick answers and I've been really intentional about not doing that . I've actually been in some programs where I feel like the coach was just busy and just kind of sent me something real quick . I'm like I would have appreciated a little more oomph in that answer .

So that's my goal and that's why you know I'm a sustainability guy when it comes to being an entrepreneur . That's why I sensed and I knew that eventually the coaching that I'm doing is going to be at capacity once . Now . I'm releasing 2.0 now because we have a little bit more room .

We're at over 230 members on the coaching tier right now , which means I can probably accept about 20 more at this level , and then when we are officially capped the coaching level , I'm going to be moving to a wait list . So it doesn't mean that you'll never get direct coaching with me .

It just means that once I'm at capacity , I'm dead serious about protecting my time and protecting the amount of value I'm giving to all the coaching members .

But we will be moving to a wait list and when spots open up , if somebody leaves pro or downgrades to a different tier , I'll let everyone know who's in pro in the community level that hey , we've got five or 10 spots open . You can jump up to the coaching level to get coaching directly with me . So that is the big announcement .

Now , that was quick , but this has been over a year and a half in the works . So if you're curious about all this and you want to know more of the details , here we go . I'm happy to share that with you . So , in short , if you didn't know , web Designer Pro was formerly called the Web Design Club . I'll keep this brief .

I did talk about this on the last episode . But , in short , if you didn't know , web Designer Pro was formerly called the Web Design Club . I'll keep this brief . I did talk about this on the last episode . But , in short , my business model was courses . Courses were my bread and butter . I had created the suite of nine web design courses that were proven .

I released them one at a time . They were lifetime access , one-off courses , and that model served me really well . It was definitely kind of a thing of what gets you here won't get you there . I'm really glad I started just courses and had big launch and promotion cycles .

But , just like projects and one-off projects and web design , with that model you have really good months and really down months , depending on if you're marketing and what that looks like .

So I create all these courses and then there was a need for me to bring a lot of my students who were getting good results together and I had a lot of people asking for more support . They wanted more Josh , as weird as that sounds . So I created what was originally called the Web Design Club . That that actually launched officially in November of 2020 .

So that was the kind of first version of what became Web Designer Pro and that served me really really well . I know a lot of Web Designer Pro members here are still OG members from day one . We launched with over 30 members , which was good . Originally I wanted to launch with like 100 members , so I was a bit disappointed with the first wave .

But actually , looking back , I think when you launch a membership , especially a community that is built to stay together for the long haul , it's not like a cohort group or program that's just six weeks and you're done . It's really built to be an ongoing community for as long as you're in the game .

I'm actually glad we started with a lower member count because I got to know members really well and other members got to know each other really well . I mean , I've seen some of the deepest friendships form over the years with this community and a lot of people have actually partnered up and hired each other and have started little agencies .

We have people creating like little mini studios together just by meeting in pro . So that's where this all started . It was formerly the web design club and then eventually , what I found out is that the members who were getting the best results and were actually building sustainable six and multi six figure businesses had all the courses they took .

My processes made it their own . They had all the info they needed , all the content and resources . They had the community for support , for hiring , for technical help , and then they had coaching .

They were able to get my direct insight and coaching based off of my experience of a web designer of over a decade , based off of what I've learned in coaching other web designers on what is working today and what I've learned in my podcast , with talking with over hundreds of web entrepreneurs , ranging from professionals to early stagers to many web agency owners

who are doing multi-million dollar agencies . I have literally seen every single type of model and have learned what works , what has worked in the past and what continues to work and what is working today . That might be a little more new . So I found that the members who were getting the best results had everything courses , community and coaching .

That was the impetus of adding the big three Cs . By the way , I did not come up with the three Cs . I think Ryan Lee is officially the godfather of basically content , community and some sort of coaching but I did kind of come to it on my own , but I can't take full credit on that . I can't trademark the three Cs .

But that is when I decided to rebrand the Web Design Club to Web Designer Pro , because Circle the platform that houses and runs Web Designer Pro which is freaking awesome Love Circle , love , love , love Circle .

Never thought I would ever do anything off of WordPress , but I trusted Circle and I trusted some of the mentors I had that used Circle early on in 2020 when it came out , and I am just continually blown away by everything that they're doing . I'm so glad I chose it to be the home for for my community .

So if you are doing a community of your own or a coaching membership or courses or something for your clients eventually definitely recommend circle . Go to joshhallco . Slash circle to use my affiliate link If you would be so kind , and I'm going to be doing more resources for circle affiliates . Anywho .

They came out with the functionality for courses last year in the spring of 2023 . So I felt like this was the time that I added everything together . Now I've been very open about the challenges of pivoting a business model . In fact , my newsletter yesterday that just came out is about when to change your offers and to pivot .

I'm going to follow up with another episode soon about this in more detail . That's not the moral of the story for this one , because I want to get into pro here .

But uh , it was definitely a tough transition but looking back , it was the absolute best transition because , while it is hard to go to change models , I went from selling courses first to having a membership on the backend to having the membership as the main thing .

It was a slow and painful start and transition and I kind of had a muddy , confusing you know series of offers there that I had . I wish I was a little more tactful about and I wish I would have committed to pro sooner as far as marketing . But in hindsight it's worked out great because pro has continued to grow .

As I've mentioned , and there's a lot of you listening who are pro members know it's just the freaking best community it really is . It is such a great collection of people and I'm so proud of what everyone has built together because pro is not me I mean , I do the coaching but it really is a group effort .

It's an incredible tribe of people who are so welcoming and even if you've been a member for a little while and had to leave for any reason . I mean , I get it's funny , because when people do have to step out for any reason which is one of the reasons I added the tier is it's going to help people stay engaged and stay in the game .

Um , I get , more often than not I get the feeling that they , like they can't wait to come back . Usually it's just financial , because pro previously was just at a $200 a month financial investment , which is a lot for folks who I understand , who are early stage and getting started , which is going to come into play here as we dive into the details .

But , um , it is . It's been fascinating because no one's been like , yeah , it's not what I'm expecting , it wasn't great there . Most people say it was incredible . I exceeded my expectations , as can't keep up with it right now , or maybe I've . I'm doing something else other than just web design now .

So it's really , really brought such amazing people and it's been my honor to to build this to the point where now we can start to expand a little bit . But I do want to start with this point because I've already talked about this with pro members .

I did a live call a couple of months back and I've continued to reassure members that , for those members listening , we are not . You know , it's not changing pro , it's just innovating it .

We're just innovating it and kind of taking it to the next level , but we are not changing what we have built and we're not going to ruin the incredible community that we've built . Pro is always going to be a premium community and it's always going to be a smaller community . I have no interest in being a big 10,000 person Facebook group style group .

I ran the Divi Web Designers Facebook group .

It's a great group still , but it's a whole different ball game , as many of you know , when you're in a Facebook group , which is kind of the Wild West , versus a premium community that you're investing in , that other people are investing in and they become trusted relationships and partners and , as many members have said , in pro it's become like the only safe

spot for them to ask questions that they often get ridiculed for asking in other Facebook groups . So what an honor to be the leader of this incredible tribe and I'm really excited about 2.0 . So let's dive into 2.0 . I'll share a little bit of the differences on these tiers .

Again , you can go to webdesignerprocom to get all the details , but really the big impetus for these tiers apart from what I just mentioned is I wanted to , before making a big pivot and change in this model , in this business , I wanted to get real results and real data , which I would recommend that you do as well .

Before you make a big change in your business , before you move to the subscription model or change your offers or do something new , I would really recommend polling your paying customers and get real data . So that's exactly what I did . I have a colleague , erica Nash , who has been on the show before .

She is actually my other colleague , shannon Mattern , who's a fellow web design business coach . Erica is her client success coordinator and I wanted to get real data with where members are at , where the revenue numbers are , what problems they say they're facing and how pro has helped , how it could be better . So that's what we did .

I actually hired Erica to do an incredible audit for me this summer . I mean , she really went ham on this audit , which included a big survey that nearly 50% of members of Pro filled out , which is unheard of for nearly 50% of a community to fill out .

She also did one-on-one interviews with like a dozen members of my community who are at different stages in the game , and it gave us really good data .

We got a good sense of where members were at , what has helped them , that we want to continue to foster and do in pro , but also what has led to some of these innovations and what's going to help and gave me a good idea of what to focus on moving forward . So the full audit and presentation is inside of pro Uh I .

I recapped a lot of what we learned about it , what some of some of it was pretty surprising and some of it was not surprising at all . It just reaffirmed the idea of having these tiers , these , these multiple options . Um , so let's dive into that because I really want to get to what this survey kind of told us .

The big thing that the survey made clear in the data , in numbers , in the years of experience and where members are at in their business is that we really identified three types of members . So what ? I and I had an idea of this , but even the data really made this more clear that there's three types of pro files .

I'm actually looking at the slides for this recap on this audit and that's exactly what I said . Members and pro have seen this when I showed it off live . But yeah , there's three types of profiles Number one are builders , number two are growers and number three are scalers .

The difference between the three is that a builder and you're listening right now , you can probably identify where you're at . You're definitely in one of the three groups . Now you may be straggling in between a couple of these , but you're going to be primarily in one of these three groups builder , grower or scaler and this is important for the tier .

So keep that in mind . But builders are typically early stage web designers , commonly one to two years in experience . You may be you know brands , making new , or you may be side hustling and you're looking to eventually go full time . You're probably making less than 50 K in annual revenue .

If you're just starting , of course , you're just looking for your first client . But if you've been doing it for a year or two , kind of on the side , you still might be making 20 , 30 , 40k and you're looking towards six figures or to go full time with this thing . Now your challenges are different than growers and scalers .

I'm guessing if you're a builder , you're an early stage web designer . You probably need help with solidifying your offer , figuring out your pricing , firming up your tool stack . You're still using a lot of different tools . You're not sure what to commit to .

Tell me if I'm wrong , but I'm guessing you need help with getting clients and you just need to learn how to run a business , because most web designers we weren't trained in this . We built websites and then , before we know it , we had a business , so we got to know how to run this thing .

So those are the common traits for number one , the category of builders . Growers are kind of the next level . These are established web designers or web designers who those of you who have eyes on six figures , your side hustles cook in and you're really , really to do this thing , or maybe you just went full time . You have a different set of challenges .

You probably want help with building recurring income . Can I get an amen for somebody ? You need help with clarifying your offers .

You're doing a lot , probably , but I'm guessing clients are getting a little confused and a little jumbled and you may not be sure how to offer those or when to offer those , and you would like to group those together and package them up . You probably are ready to raise your rates .

You want to become more profitable , which means you got to work on your systems and you got to work on your processes more , too , and you're probably looking for the best marketing strategies that work for you . Those are the type of common challenges that we identified for the second category of growers grower , web designers , established web designers and pro .

Not always , but commonly you're probably more like two to five years in business and you're probably upwards of $50,000 , closing in on six figures , maybe even low six figures like $100,000 to $150K , and you're looking to go to that next level Because , depending on your life situation , if you have a family and you're looking to go to that next level Because ,

depending on your life situation , if you have a family and you're the sole income , a hundred grand may or may not be enough You're probably looking more like 250,000 . You're looking for a quarter million dollar business . I heard somewhere recently that quarter million is the new six figures and I agree .

Has anyone seen inflation or medical insurance prices and stuff like that ? I mean , yeah , depending on your lifestyle and situation , six figures may get you there , but I'm actually really , really keen on helping folks get to that quarter million dollar range who are in the grower category . And then we discovered that there are scalers .

Scalers are true web business or agency owners . You're growing fast A lot of you in pro members who are scalers . You know who you are . You've told me very common challenges that you have too much work to keep up with .

And what's interesting is , commonly scalers may be more established and have several years of experience , but we've actually had a lot of members become a scaler in a year . Case in point Sam Sarsden , who was on the podcast recently talking about local SEO . He is on track .

Actually , I think he just crossed six figures in year one in his business and he's already scaling . He's building a team . So it can happen very fast depending on if you have an area of specialty , depending on your experience and confidence and sales and what your life looks like .

There's no rush to success , I always say , but either way you can scale very quickly . So years are not always indicative of these categories . But scalers , you have a different set of challenges . As I mentioned , you're probably overwhelmed .

I'm guessing you're at a point where you might wanna productize your offers and make it less custom and less time intensive for you . You want those high paying clients . You want to get rid of the bottom of the barrel , low ticket clients . You definitely are ready to refine your systems and processes .

You're probably looking at delegating and automating more and maybe even building a team , and , as far as marketing goes , you may be focused on more different marketing style approaches than growers and builders . Depending on where you're at in your business , you may just need to market to your current clients and not have to worry about getting new clients as much .

So when we did this audit and discovered the years of experience of members in pro where everyone was in their revenue numbers , what tools they were using , where they were in the game , where their challenges were , where their pain points were it was oh so clear that there are three types of profiles builders , growers and scalers .

Now I want to ask you this is a podcast , so you can't talk to me directly unless you're in pro on the coaching level , because you can DM me , but I want to ask you and I want you to be honest and tell yourself where are you ? Are you a builder , are you a grower , or are you a scaler Builder ?

You're early stage , maybe a couple of years , a year or two into your business . Maybe you're closing in on 50 . You're starting or building your business from the ground up . Are you a grower ? Are you established either close to full-time or full-time , with eyes on six figures or maybe low six figures ? Or are you a scaler ?

Are you a true business owner with experience , a growing business , a growing team ? You're not really worried about revenue as much as time . Time is insanity . Sanity is the thing you want to get back .

Well , that's exactly what we discovered and that was the big reason why I got the ball rolling on tiers , because the new tiers that I just mentioned course , community and coaching is really going to be ideal for every one of these profiles .

So , if you are a builder , I would recommend starting with the course tier , because the courses and I will talk price points here at the end courses are there . You can see them if you go to webdesignaprocom . If you are a builder , courses are going to be a great place to start . You are welcome to start at the community level .

I'm not going to turn people away from that but if you have not gone through any of my courses , I would recommend starting there . You're just you're going to . You're going to be able to go at your own pace and then come up to the community level .

You can upgrade anytime when you're ready and that way not that I want to avoid beginner questions by any means , but I have found that sometimes in my coaching and posts and pro it's best to go through the courses first , because if you have a question about your model or pricing , it's likely already covered .

So I really really recommend that you go through the courses first at least my business course and a couple others which I'll guide you through . But it's really ideal , if you're a builder , to go through the courses and then you can come up to the community level .

Although , again , if you are gung-ho and you're ready to rock and you want to be in the community and you want to join our live trainings and everything from the get-go , you are welcome to and in Growers .

Ideally for you it's to come into the community because there's still aspects of coaching at the community level with monthly AMAs and you'll get the replays to all of our coaching calls . There's a ton of value and obviously you get to access to the entire community and all of our forums .

So , growers , it's probably ideal that you start with the community level , although if you are on the like professional side of a grower and you are closing in on six figures , then you are welcome to join the coaching tier before we hit the wait list , because I do serve a lot of members who are revenue wise 50 , 75 K and below and then we've been able to

get them to six figures really quickly with coaching on top of everything else . So , uh , in most cases as a grower , I'd say the community tier would be where I'd start .

But if you are again , if you , if you're , if you , if you feel like you have the means and you can make it work and you would like to get coaching with me directly as a grower , you are welcome to I don't you know personally coach , just scalers . But scalers , again , you can join any level .

But I would recommend that you would start with the coaching because , generally scaling , I even have a course that everybody can have access to in pro , even as a builder . You can see what it's like to scale , or my recommendations to scale . But the course is called Scale your Way for a reason . Your way is the key .

You really want to scale your business in the way that suits you . So that's where the coaching comes into play , with that lot of members at the scaling level , who I've actually expanded or explored my personal network with and shared my network with , who are utilizing either my team or people in pro who I know do certain things really well .

So team growth is a big one for scalers and you can get my insight directly on what I'd recommend scaling for you and we'll get into what's included with the tiers exactly . But on the coaching level , we do these weekly group style coaching calls , as I mentioned .

They include hot seats , which are just many member coaching calls , and website reviews and those kinds of things are great because we look into businesses and what's working and where the challenges are , where the pain points are . So , yes , as a scaler , you are welcome to join just the community level .

But if you want me to help you scale and to get more time back faster , the coaching tier is going to be ideal for you . So the tiers were a big . The big reason for the tiers was the research that we did and the data that we collected . Thank you to Erica in identifying these three profiles builders , growers , scalers . So which one are you ?

Again , if you've been interested in pro and you've been on the fence , here we go . You now have a much more reasonable way to get into pro if you're not ready to commit to the coaching tier at 200 a month .

So you have access to just the courses if you want , or you can just join the community and get a little bit of coaching and when you're ready for more , josh , I'll be here for you . It's sounding creepy , but you know what I mean . Now , a couple of things I want to mention before I share exactly the difference between the tiers is .

I wanted to highlight some common challenges , which makes even more sense for the tiers . Now , as I mentioned , I've already talked with pro members about this . So , uh , we did a after the audit . I actually did a live call in pro and really set the stage for all of this .

And by the time we got to the tiers cause I didn't want to release the tears and freak any members out I didn't want any members thinking , oh my gosh , what's Josh doing ? We have a low tier . Is this going to become a 5,000 person group ? No , absolutely not . No interest in that .

I still always want a small , committed , premium , awesome tribe of web designer pros , but I want to make it more accessible for folks who are early stage and who are growers . That's really the goal of these tiers .

So I had a much more robust presentation leading up to this , but I think even at this point it probably makes sense as to why we're releasing to the tiers . And again , this has been a year and a half in the works .

I have looked at every single membership model , I've looked at multiple price points , I've looked at so many different ways to go about it and there's pros and cons to having tiers to something Absolutely . But I feel I strongly feel in my heart and all members have backed me up in saying that this makes total sense .

And as one member said I think it was Jessica who said you are removing boundaries for people to become a web designer pro by having a courses tier and a lower tier to get folks going to become a web designer pro . And here's a couple of challenges that I identified too . And then we'll we'll wrap this up by sharing exactly the difference between the tiers .

But what ? And I'll just be completely honest with you and transparent for you and I know a lot of you are building memberships as well and communities , and even for your clients you may have a client community . So this is hopefully helpful , but the price point for pro has been $199 a month for when it became pro all courses , community and coaching .

Now that's still really reasonable that a lot of members have said . Some members are paying $5,000 , $7 , seven $10,000 for annual access to programs that have less coaching that I do , but I felt like it was a good price point to to again keep people going for the longterm . I don't want this to be like you go for six months and you're done .

I want to serve you for as long as you're in the game , so I want to keep the pricing affordable . But builders , early stage web designers I understand 200 bucks a month is is not practical unless you are like Sam or some other members who make that up really quickly and that's not to throw shade at anyone who isn't doing like getting clients fast .

But there's just so many variables and so many elements to you grow in your business . Some people come from a background where they're just confident in sales or they're confident with tech . You'll have an easier trajectory in the beginning than somebody who's new to all this . So I found that people who are paying the 200 bucks a month .

The big problem was they were rushing through courses and I had a lot of people reach back out to me when they left pro to say that I just I had to rush through courses .

I was trying to make up the investment , but I just can't right now , like there's a lot going on , and that really told me that my goal and I don't want the experience for members to be rushed . I never want somebody to feel like they paid something and they're just trying to cram in as much as they can in a month or two and then leave .

That is not the goal of pro . It's not good for me , it's not good for you , it's not the experience I want . I want you to be able to get the info you need at your pace although I'm going to challenge you to make it a project and actually get stuff done . But I don't want you to feel rushed . No one learns well when you're rushed .

So that was a biggie , because I have an automated email that goes out when somebody leaves pro and it's just real casual and says hey , I'd love to hear your feedback .

Constructive criticism , honesty is best , and that was a really common thing that members were saying they were just rushing through content to just try to get the most out of it in hopes to stay in pro or eventually to come back . So that was a big challenge that I saw is to avoid that rushing .

I also know that my audience is global and 200 USD is very expensive as far as currency changes in other countries . So , with inflation and everything else going on I know we're just past the election , but inflation and currency exchanges or changes everything all these things are factors that make 200 a month a lot .

Even if you're a professional web designer , it can be a lot . So another reason why I wanted to have some more options for web designer pros Some web designer pro members have asked about a team option . So a lot of you , the scalers in particular , you have a growing team . You may want your team member to go through the courses .

You want them to go through my process course , my design course , my Divi course for those of you who are using Divi . You want them to go through my SEO course . So now , with this courses tier option , you have a team option and I'm really , really excited about that . Actually , we've already got a few team members in there .

I've done early access for certain pro members and it's gone over really well by having this course option for just team members . And then I had a lot of members who wanted more . They wanted more guidance , they wanted more intensive coaching and support .

They wanted more Josh and , as I mentioned , because I'm nearing capacity , I wanted to make sure I protect this and everyone who is in pro now on the coaching tier just know you're going to be getting a lot more Josh .

I've actually already even started to randomly reach out to members just to do check-ins and I'm going to be doing better at being more proactive and personal with everyone on the coaching tier because I'm protecting my time . I mean , as you can imagine , I could spend all day just messaging members in pro if I wanted to , but I got to protect that .

I've got courses to revamp and I've got a podcast to run and I've got other stuff to do as well in the business . So I need to make sure I protect my coaching and , as I mentioned from the outset , I will never be a half-ass coach . I'm going to do it . I mean , a lot of members have said like I can't believe the detailed responses you give me .

That's my goal . I want to continue that . Protecting my time and sustainability is key and , lastly , I wanted to serve all of the profiles . I wanted to serve builders , I want to serve growers and I want to serve scalers .

We have such a lovely mix in pro of all and I didn't want to separate them because one idea I have which is common for a lot of memberships is to have a separate community . You have like a starter community and then you have a pro community or a mastery community .

But and I think Alexia , who was recently on the podcast , said this when I did this live call , she even said like please don't separate the beginners , because the beginners learn so much from the growers and the advanced scalers and pro and so many examples of people who have gone so far so fast in pro .

It's because we have this healthy mix of people who are eager and new and learning , who are learning from the pros and a lot of the pro level members and coaching members are feeling really good about sharing what they've learned and we're all learning together .

And just because you're a grower or a scaler doesn't mean that you can't learn from newbies like early stage designers and new . Like .

Speaking of Alexia top of mind , since we just had her on the podcast and episode three 50 , she shared her launch plan , which was chock full of marketing strategies for social media that even somebody 15 years into the game could use .

In fact , I've heard from a lot of members who , even though Alexi is an early stage designer in the first year of her business , they're learning from her about how to market on social media and and relaunch their business or launch a new service . So I'm getting chills right now just thinking about how well these marry together .

And we've just , I have to say I'm so proud of the current web designer pro members for making a truly unicorn community . I mean , I'm in a few other communities and this is not the norm , guys . The circle team has told me multiple times that we are a um . We are what's known as a high uh . Oh , what did they call it ?

It's like a high energy or high signal . We are a high signal community , meaning for the amount of members that we have , which is under 250 , that the amount of engagement we have is off the charts . In fact , we have almost 90% engagement in members , which again , wild .

So hats off to Web Designer Pro members for making it what it is and now being able to go to 2.0 . So I'm going to wrap this up with all the differences between these tiers and we'll talk pricing too . So if you haven't gone to WebDesignerProcom to look at it , since it's live now the three tiers let's go backwards . We'll start with the coaching tier .

The coaching tier is going to remain at 200 a month for now . Now , as we get to a wait list and as I do more and more coaching just a heads up my coaching is going to increase . I feel like I am definitely valuable enough to coach people at this level and the reality is I've made over $2 million now as an entrepreneur of 15 years .

I have built up a six figure business , sold a six figure business . I've overseen so many web designers who are full time and now building and scaling on their own . I've uh , I've learned from so many podcast guests , as I mentioned , on what's working , and I have access to literally millionaires in the space .

That coaching is what you get for 200 a month right now , directly , 24 , seven as a coaching to your member . That's , that's what you get . You get all of those strategies and more customized to you . So all that to say 200 a month , I think is a screaming bargain for my coaching right now . Eventually that'll go up , but no timetable on that .

As long as I stay sustainable and as long as it's going well , we're going to do that . And whenever you join pro , your price point will always be honored . So just know that whenever you join , it's always going to be honored . So I'm never going to increase your rates , you know , month to month . So that's the coaching level . The community level is only 99 .

I am making access to Web Designer Pro available now today the full community at 99 bucks a month . And the courses level here you go Course access to every single one of my courses and I'm going to give you a roadmap guide through the courses to get you ready to come up to the community level 49 a month .

Now , if you told Josh two years ago that you would give access to everyone to all of your courses for 49 bucks a month , I would say , uh , no , no , that's no . My courses are valuable , my like and I do , I do . I really still strongly believe that . That's why I like .

My business course was previously a thousand dollars , because that information has literally helped people transform their business and build a business that is making six figures . But here's what I've realized , especially over the past year or two , is as much as information is valuable . You need more to really make it work . Ongoing .

So information is the foundation , but to keep it going , you need community . You really need more and , as we all know , web design is moving so fast .

There's a lot of areas of specialty and skillset and expertise that I don't have or I'm just not super interested in , like I'm only going to personally go so far into privacy , accessibility , speed optimization we just had a chat about copy and conversion rate optimization .

Those are things that I go into a little bit , but I'm bringing in experts to fill the gaps that I don't cover in my courses , which is where the pro community has a full training archive and live monthly trainings with guest experts . That's all included and that's what has really helped people continue on .

And then , of course , my coaching , as I mentioned I you know I gave you my resume there of coaching that is in your pocket , inside of what is on a pro , because you have a pro app if you want it to at any time , and I've really found that that's what people need .

Ongoing is not just the courses that will really help you get going , but you need community support . It's not just you . There's a reason why the worst sentence in prison is solitary confinement , because if you go alone , you can only go so far . You'll likely burn out , You'll trust your own negative thoughts and it's just not good .

You need a community and that's why I'm so excited to now have this tier at 99 bucks a month super affordable . It's going to be worth , you know it's going to be applicable or it's going to be accessible to so many people . And if you're not ready for that , start with the courses . For less than 50 bucks a month , access to all of my courses .

So if you have been on the fence and you have been listening to the podcast , you're like man , I'd love to go through Josh's course , but it's a thousand dollars or I'm not ready to join pro at 200 a month , 49 bucks a month , friend , here you go .

And if you're ready for the community and you just want to see what it's all about , the community level is ready for you at 99 a month .

And for those of you who've been on the fence , who want to lock in coaching because again I'm dead serious , I am nearing capacity I will be moving to a waitlist model with coaching very soon , likely by the end of the year , depending on how many folks join over the next few weeks and couple months . Here , coaching is available currently at $1.99 a month .

Your price point will always be locked in . Those are the tiers , my friends . Now the nitty gritty here before we wrap this up . The courses tier excuse me for 49 bucks a month , it's instant on-demand access , 24-7 access , all of my courses . I also have a roadmap guide for you to follow . That is what's included in the courses tier .

Again , great for teams too . If you are a pro member or a scaler who want to have a team member join , you can do that . Then also , as a bonus right now , I'm going to give you access , even on the courses tier , to the private pro podcast .

If you didn't know , we have a dedicated Web Designer Pro Podcast that has every single replay of all of my weekly coaching calls . So , yes , you can listen in on the coaching calls . 49 bucks a month , every single coaching call on your private podcast feed and all my courses . It's available for you right now . So that is the big bonus .

And you'll get the audio versions of the replays on the trainings that we do as well . So you get all coaching calls and all training replays on the private pro podcast feed . That's a tough one to say . For the coaching for the courses tier . The community tier includes everything in pro , just no direct coaching with me .

So you'll get access to everything in the courses tier all community forums , which the community . There's a . There's going to be a video that comes out this week as well with the tiers and that's going to be visual so you can see inside a pro . But the community forums include support , challenges , accountability .

You can put yourself on the pros for hire list . You can get access to all of our group chat spaces . You get access to monthly live AMA office hours with me . So there is some coaching . It's just not direct weekly coaching calls but you will get office hours with me every month to get your questions in . You will also be available for the affiliate program .

So at the community level , you can join the pro affiliate program and build recurring income and passive income by being an affiliate and you can sell your affiliate program to just the courses if you want . So I'm going to be doing a lot more for affiliates moving forward . You also get access to our weekly virtual pro hangouts Every week .

Members just go live and talk shop and have topical chats and support each other , and you'll get access to all of the meetups and events that we do in person and virtual as a community tier member level .

Again , it just doesn't include live access to the weekly group coaching calls or DM with me , but you will get access to me in the forums and monthly office hours .

And , yes , you'll get access to the pro podcast feed and currently , everyone who joins right now I will give you access to all the coaching call replays , the video version , because we do do a lot of visual things there .

So that's the community forum and , as we mentioned , if you want a little more , josh , that's what the coaching tier includes everything we covered . And you get access to the weekly group coaching style calls with me , where we do hot seats , website reviews , strategy talk . We do AMA and Q&A in there as well , but it's really fun because it's always different .

New members always come up and we're making those more and more interactive and one reason I'm at capacity with those is those are already stretching to 90 minutes per week . So we are definitely nearing capacity on the coaching calls as well . And , again , you get 24-7 direct message access to me for coaching . I check in with you with your goals .

We have accountability there and then we are going to be doing more and more VIP-style events and in-person and virtual events for coaching tier members . And currently it does make you eligible for an annual option . If you want to lock in pro annually I've had that since I launched pro you can still get access to that .

That includes two months free and a one-on-one coaching call with me , private , anytime in your in your annual membership . Now you don't need to go for a year and stop pro , but you can always downgrade if you wanted to or you could go to monthly , month-to-month at that level . But this does give you an option .

For those who do go annual , you get two months free of pro and a one-on-one coaching call with me at any time in your subscription . So there we go , friends . Web Designer Pro 2.0 , tiers courses community coaching 49 bucks all of my courses .

The private pro podcast feed community 99 bucks everything in the courses , everything in the community just doesn't include my direct coaching . And in the coaching tier $1.99 a month or $1.99 a year all of the courses , all the community and me coaching you directly . There we go , friends . I hope you are pumped .

I'm so excited to see more of you in the community level , so excited to help those of you who are not ready to commit to pro at the community or coaching level . But you just want to go through the courses , here we go 49 bucks a month and again you'll get the private pro podcast feed . Um , steal of a deal .

I mean I might be biased , but that like , show me a better offer in web design than the courses tier and the pro podcast in web design than the courses tier and the pro podcast private , confidential coaching feed for 49 bucks a month . Let's go , my friends . As the kids say these days , let's go . Go to web designer procom . That has all the info for it .

If you have any questions , go to joshhallco slash contact . I'm still balancing like the web designer . Procom is just the landing page right now , so everything else is still at joshhallco head over there . Go to joshhallco , slash contact If you have any questions . But , my friends , let's have some fun . I hope you're pumped . I am ecstatic about this .

Can you sense the excitement ? This has been literally a year and a half in the works to finally have more opportunities for those of you who want to have access to pro but don't need everything , don't need coaching it or can't afford the coaching . Yet Now this is going to help so many people and everyone .

I just lastly to the web designer pro members who have made this community what it is . We are just going to continue to make this better and better and better . We are just going to continue to make this better and better and better .

I have no interest on being a huge Facebook style group , but the reality is I want to help more people and this gives us the opportunity to do that . By the way , we have a lot of people in the courses tier already . Already , I've given early access and pro members .

You don't even know anything about them because when you're on the courses tier , um , pro members at community and coaching level will never see your profile . It's basically just gives you hidden access to the courses and then , when you're ready , you get access to the community or coaching level when you're ready to upgrade . So , oh my gosh , friends , I'm pumped .

I'll see you in Web Designer Pro . Have you been on the fence ? You've been dying to get in . Here we go . My friends , I will not be doing a black Friday sale . Don't hold out for that . I'm not doing a black Friday sale this year . I just don't like doing sales and discounts .

Uh , with a subscription like this with a value I mean it's already 49 bucks a month for all courses in the pro podcast feed I am not going to be doing a sale for black Friday Now . Everyone who joins during this launch of 2.0 , I've got some bonuses I already mentioned .

But I may or may not be doing something extra special for everyone who joins over the next week here during the launch . So it's not going to be a discount . I'm not discounting pro , but got a little , got some ideas , might do something special for you , maybe even pop in and give you some loom videos , website reviews , stuff like that .

So this week , guys , join us , webzennerpro 2.0 , go to WebZennerProcom , join the courses tier at 49 , community tier at 99 . Or if you want to be one of the last handful who wants to get into my coaching , it's all available for you now . I hope you enjoyed this one , friends .

Just disclaimer these price points in this offer may change , if you're listening to this , months or years down the road . So this is kind of a timely announcement style episode . So full disclaimer . This is this is viable and , um , you know , applicable only right now , in this window .

But again , whenever you join pro , you will be honored , you will be , you'll be honored to join my community . Your price point will be honored . That's what I meant to say . All right , my friends , I'll see you in web designer pro , at whatever tier .
