Kate Banford is a comedy producer and loves all things comedy. Which I probably didn’t have to say that if she’s a comedy producer.
Kate is the Executive Director of The Elysian and formerly the co-founder and owner of Good Good Comedy Theatre in Philly.
Over at Good Good comedy, it was an award winning comedy theatre that is known for curating original shows and breaking new talent. My favorites she had there were Jaboukie Young-White, Julio Torres, and Aparna Nancherla.
Kate produced and directed the music video “Hysterical” by Sad13.
Kate Banford recently opened The Elysian which is a non profit 501(c)3 theater that presents unconventional, unforgettable live comedy in Frogtown, Los Angeles. She has already booked shows and it’s only going to get bigger.
