Sarah Catlow is a culinary food artist and model.

I first knew about Sarah when she modeled for Paa, Stoffa, and Saturdays NYC but I slept on going to her pop-up dinners as Gut Flora, a menu she creates that is inspired by her deeply nostalgic dishes from her childhood in Seoul and some of her mother’s traditional recipes.

I went to see for myself at Gut Flora by 99 popup at Nightmoves and it was a hit. The kimbap goes. Friends stuffing their smiling faces enjoying her food in every corner of the room.
