Gray Broderick is a freelance consultant and pastry chef.
Gray runs Office Gray which is a creative consultancy at the intersection of culture, commerce, and contemporary criticism.
I met Gray at the wonderful Colbo on 51 Orchard street where she delivers baked goods every weekend under Take-Out Delivery where she calls it a Research-Based Dessert Project which was founded in 2017.
Take Out Began as a way to connect and thank members of the community.
Gray has an occasional email that she puts out called A Tease where she talks about the things Gray is teasing out, that are teasing her, and teasers from what’s happening, or could happen in the world around us.
I just joined yesterday. It’s good, I’m still not done reading it during my morning matcha.
Gray knows all the spots for dinner. I have tapped in for a few restaurants through her and honestly she doesn’t miss.
Glad to run into Gray every weekend, whether its at Colbo, Dashwood Books, Karma, maybe a museum, always a great conversation to be had.
