There was a class action, I believe, this is all alleged, class action lawsuit by ex-employees who were saying that they weren't getting their tips. Their tips were being withheld, their tips were being stolen, I guess. And then there was another one.

I forget what the other one was. The class action was settled and then the other one was parsed off into individual claims. But supposedly, Massoud was not at the party, allegedly, because he knew this was coming, so he wouldn't be served.
