Recently, Ellie finished a wee Hulu series called This Way Up and was so deeply obsessed with it, she just HAD to talk about it. So she posted on her Insta story asking if any of her followers had seen the show and wanted to come on the podcast to talk about it. One incredible woman swiped up and said “Yes.” That woman? The incomparable Kathy Hoffman, Ellie’s mom. And voila. Kathy humors Ellie by agreeing to do this, resulting in: Ellie defying the rules and choosing the episode, revealing that she forced her therapist to watch it over FaceTime, crying, speculating, and more.
