Episode description

Kirk Koennecke is the current and new superintendent at the Indian Hills Schools in the Cincinnati (OH) area.

He's not new to the superintendent position. He's been a superintendent before, but he just now stepped into this role at Indian Hills Schools, and he brings a wealth of experience.

Now that schools are underway, this is the perfect person and time to talk about how school superintendents can get to know their communities. He has advice and potential pitfalls to be aware of as one acclimated to that role. He also has some definite ideas on how communications fits into being a modern superintendent.
