Episode description

It is great to have Tom Bailey, Superintendent of the Washington Court House (OH) Schools, on the podcast today.

He's a repeat guest and he brings so much energy, creativity and care to what he does in his school district and community. He talks about how to lead authentically, what that means. And he talks about how good it is for the community.

Schools have to be active participants in their communities, and vice versa. Tom and his work in the Washington Court House community is a great example of this.
