Episode description

Finding your purpose (raison d'etre) is one of the quintessential elements of being human. Erikan has figured out what her purpose is. This long-form conversation explores the winding path to purpose, being unapologetically yourself, and becoming aware of our collective relationship with money. This deeply introspective conversation will make you take a second look at your day-to-day routine and what you aspire for in 2021. Erikan Obotetukudo is the Founder and Executive Producer at PaperTrail Media, a production company that tells culturally rich stories about money and finance through digital content, shows, and films. She is also the Founder of KIN, a brand and PR agency for future-focused companies and leaders looking to tell stories about their impact and legacy across multicultural and multigenerational audiences. Before launching her respective companies, she was a thought partner and strategic advisor at LinkedIn to a portfolio of 200 finance leaders, corporate executives, investors, and tech entrepreneurs. As a relationship manager, she directly advised C-level executives on how to leverage Linkedin’s 600M member professional network to increase deal flow, source talent, share thought leadership, and drive brand visibility and strategic narratives amongst buyers.
