Episode description

Several degrees in psychology,  a master's education in mental health counseling, a Clinical Hypnotherapist in Oregon, Nina Bingham has treated people with a wide variety of mental health issues.  Nina is the author of 3 books of poetry, a recovery workbook called: "NEVER ENOUGH: A Recovery Workbook: For Addictions, Obsessive Compulsive Behaviors and Eating Disorders" and her 5th book…scheduled for publication this coming year ""Once The Storm Is Over: From Grieving to Healing After The Suicide of My Daughter."  Nina feels her mission is to educate teens and young adults about depression and how to avoid suicide, and to reach suicide survivors and those affected by mental health so they know they're not alone. Both Nina and her fiancee witnessed phenomenons that happened after her teen daughter's death….and we are here today to learn more about Nina and find out what happened that has her knowing that We Don't Die. Nina tells her moving story and gives incredible advice about living life powerfully, how we can grow from pain and definitely how to understand suicide. I really like Nina, you will too. Lots to learn to help you in your own life...some hidden gems in this interview.
