How to handle Downward Dog leaders

Welcome back. So in the last episode we were looking at catalytic leaders. Leaders of people who radiate energy outwards and enthuse others with the sense of the possible. I’m sure you’ve met someone like this.  I’m also sure you’ve met many leaders who felt at least at the time like the complete opposite. In this episode we explore what it's like to work with a Downward Dog leader, the one where everything revolves around him. We look at why this happens, the impact on productiity and creativity and most importantly how to contain and retrain the Downward Dog if you have him in your life.
