The Definition of Empowered

On this episode, Nikki and Priscilla discuss what it means to be empowered.  They talk about how sometimes the word can have a negative connotation for women, and that it is interpreted as being aggressive, abrasive or bossy, but that it really is a sense of peace and contentment with your life because you are living in line with your own truth.  They explain how sometimes we think of empowerment as being busy and taking care of everything perfectly, but it really comes from doing what we feel is right for ourselves in each moment.  Ultimately, they define empowerment as the ability to listen to yourself and act on your own intuition.
