21. Kenny Gilbert on instilling discipline and work ethic

Today on the We Are Made Podcast, Imani is joined by celebrity chef, Kenny Gilbert. Born in Cleveland, Ohio. He grew up with a divided interest in both sports and cooking, so he spent most of his time doing both. While he was a naturally driven athlete, his love for cooking always shined through, following high school he decided to pursue a culinary career by attending The Pennsylvania Culinary Institute. Later landing him a position as an apprentice at The Ritz-Carlton Hotel Company. Who knew that one day his passion for cooking would lead him to being on Top Chef and cooking for Oprah Winfrey.
