Welcome to the WBZ Book Club. I'm Jordan Rich. For those of you who have seen the movie Conclave, you might know it's based on a novel by Robert Harris, who also wrote a terrific book called Fatherland many years ago, while in twenty twenty he published V two, and this is a World War thriller as well, based on the Nazis hopes to turn the war their way with the introduction of the deadly V two rockets that rained down

on London. Story bounces back and forth between the German scientists and military personnel launching the weapons, and a young female intelligence analyst working for the British Army who's trying to pinpoint the origin of the rockets so the RAF can take them out. A blend of fact and fiction with characters such as Germany's rocket engineer Werner von Braun, who you may recall, helped lead America into space after

the war. This is a typical Robert Harris thriller, with incredible detail of the technology and the destructive power of the V two rockets terrorizing our allies. A World War two novel. I recommend V two by Robert Harris, and that's the book Club. WBZ, Boston's news radio
