Welcome to the WZ book Club. This is Jordan Rich. For those of you pondering the big question, how do you unlock talent? Where does it come from? Here's a book that explores that question. It's called The Talent Code, Unlocking the Secret of Skill in sports, art, music, math, and just about everything else. The authors are Daniel Coyle
and John Farrell. The book takes you on a tour from everything from baseball diamonds to a music academy in upstate New York, where the authors talk about the three key elements that allow you to develop and ultimately master the performance and say sports, art, music, math, or just about anything. Practice, practice, practice the key ingredient. You can increase skill up to ten times faster with specific types
of practice. Then they focus on ignition, or the motivation to get yourself going and pursue what best can be called passion. Finally, there's coaching, master coaching that can fuel your desire, your passion and prompt you to practice. It involves cutting edge neurology and a lot of human nature.
