Welcome to the WBZ Book Club. I'm Jordan Rich. As you celebrate Thanksgiving weekend with the leftovers, let me introduce you to a man who's all about holiday cooking. He's cookbook author, editor, ghostwriter and consultant Rick Rogers, and he's got a slew of great books, starting with Thanksgiving one oh one, Celebrate America's Favorite Holiday with America's Thanksgiving Expert, more than four hundred and fifty recipes for the best vegetables,

grain salads, bread sauces, and more. Now, Rick's a pretty busy guy with another book, Christmas one oh one, one hundred festive recipes with menus and timetables for stress free holiday entertaining. We could all use some of that. And to top off the epicurean trio, he's got a book called Coffeehouse Exquisite Desserts from the classic cafes of Vienna, Budapest, and Prague.
