Welcome to the WBZ book Club. This is Jordan Rich. Let's look at a fantasy novel called Resort Aquatica. It's by first time writer Frederick Lee. This one involves a man of privileged, Calvin Banks, whose life seems to be going along just fine, with a future that includes countless wealth, until the worst happens. He's driving drunk and totals his fancy car, killing his
girlfriend. In an attempt to escape justice, he flees to a magnificent place called the Resort Aquatica, a tropical destination and play spot for the rich that just happens to be in the Bermuda Triangle. The island is managed by its owner, Eve Rampant, along with her gorgeous daughters exploit their spoiled, pampered guests. What Calvin didn't see coming is that the Rampant women happen to be mermaids, and not the friendly kind. That's just one of a multitude of
fantastical creatures that he's about to meet. Can he escape an everlasting curse and find a way off the island, which, of course, is as mysterious as the Bermuda Triangle. Resort Aquatica and that is the book Club. WBZ, Boston's news radio
