It's called Never Too Late Inspiration, Motivation and Sage Advice from seven Later in Life Athletes. The author with an appropriate name, is Kate Champion. The book focuses on people quite fit and active in

their fifty sixty, seventies and beyond. Seven Amazing Later in Life athletes talk about how they stay motivated, how they recover from illness and injuries, and what inspires them to go forward. There's an eighty seven year old triathlete breaking world records, a former couch potato at sixty two who turned into an ultra runner, an endurance swimmer who at the age of sixty seven is the oldest female to swim the English Channel.
