Born in eighteen ninety in Providence, Rhode Island, he suffered with ill health early on, and in nineteen oh eight experienced a nervous breakdown. He became a recluse and it wasn't until the late teens that he resumed writing and took on his career as a horror fiction officionado. HP Lovecraft began to travel and hoped for success in his career, and he ended up spending most of his life alone
