Welcome to the WBZ book Club. I'm Jordan Rich. There are a number of thriller novels involving CIA agents going rogue. It's been done pretty often and not a new idea at all, But every once in a while there's a book with a character who captures attention. So I'd like to recommend Dark State by Jack Slater. This is the first in a series of books featuring Jason Trapp, considered one of the top assassins for the CIA with a really cool

code name of Hangman. The action focuses on America under attack, with terror strikes across the country killing thousands. Enter Jason Trapp, who's six months earlier was sold out by someone in the agency, losing everything. But as you're probably figured out, Trap is very much alive, and as America tries to cope with the deadliest terror attacks ever, Jason Trapp is engaged in his mission to seek personal vengeance and those who turned on him and ruined his life,

and to help save America while he's at it. Fast paced, thrilling and terrifying, Dark State is the first in the Jason Trapp thriller book series, and that is the book club WBZ, Boston's news radio
