Welcome to the WBZ book Club. I'm Jordan Rich. Writer John V. Ronaldo is very open about his life dealing

with dyslexia. He's written several books a variety of content and topics, but now has a book called Dancing Letters, A Boy's Journey through Words and Strength pretty much the author's memoir, very heartfelt tale of young Gianni Bossa growing up in Vancouver in the nineteen seventies, struggling with dyslexia, with the added challenge of speaking two languages, Italian at home and English at school, and feeling ostracized at times,

bullied and so misunderstood. But the book is really about the author's resilience, the friends and teachers who come along in his early life, providing him with the inspiration and the education to get by and enjoy life despite dyslexia. What makes this additionally useful is a section called Understanding Dyslexia, the different types of dyslexia, along with helpful tools and

resources including assistive technology and support networks and organizations. Dancing Letters, A Boy's Journey through Words and Strength, and that's the book Club. WBZ, Boston's news radio
