There's a lot you can learn from this very timely book how the Basics of Bartending serves as a terrific primer for success in business, from the importance of the proper greeting to one's appearance, attitude ability, knowing the customer, respecting the customer, organizational skills, the fact that time management
does matter. Neil relates stories of his bartending days how he learned to read people, utilizing empathy and understanding to create lasting relationships not just behind the bar, but in life.
