Welcome to the WZ book Club. I'm Jordan Rae. There's always a new self help book to tell you about, and this one's kind of cool. It's called Atomic Habits, An Easy and Proven Way to Build Good Habits and Break Bad Ones by James Clear. I know, I know, easier said than done, but the author lays out his example of creative frameworks that will help you erect new models of behavior and turn away from behaviors that slow us
down. James Clear suggests that when we're trying so hard to win, struggling so hard to succeed, it's the systems we're using that may be the issue. Changing the approach rather than your own personality might be just the ticket. And he backs up his thesis with some science biology, psychology, and neuroscience, and focuses on the famous among us who have put his approach to the test and have proven themselves successful in the arts, in sports, in business,
one can develop pathways that lead to very positive habits. The book is called Atomic Habits, An Easy and Proven Way to Build Good Habits and Break Bad Ones. The Book Club WZ Boston's news radio
