Welcome to the WZ book Club. I'm Jordan Rich. You know, for so many of us, anxiety is a burden. Oh sure, people do suffer from clinical anxiety disorders, but stress is so dominant everywhere, and the physical sensations of anxiety are felt by millions. Now, there's one self published work by a British layman that you might just want to check out. It is written back in two thousand and six, and it's called at Last,
A Life Anxiety and Panic Free by Paul David. Paul recounts his own challenges in dealing with the times debilitating anxiety and panic, and his approach to recovery, although not unique, proved to work for him and countless others who have taken his advice. Paul welcomed the anxiety symptoms, let them wash over him, and was able to push through. He welcomed the fear and withstood the discomfort until he says, those anxious feelings lost their power. After all,
these are feelings we manufacture in our bodies. An interesting take by a man who's been there. At Last, A Life Anxiety and Panic Free by Paul David, The Book Club WZ Boston's news radio
