Ways To Feel More Human

As a wellbeing writer of over 20 years, it is glaringly obvious to me that we are no longer living in alignment with who we are. Obesity is at an all-time high, as is anxiety, depression and chronic disease. We spend less time in nature; spend all day hunched over laptops; we snack all day and don’t allow the sun to warm our skin. In this podcast, I’ll be speaking to some of the most knowledgeable and inspiring thought leaders, along with creatives and wellness experts to help us rethink the way we currently live. WAYS TO FEEL MORE HUMAN is about coming home to the wonder of ourselves.
