The movie gives us a moral dilemma with Dr. Strange and Spider-Man seeing things differently. I talk about their sides of the conflict and why I picked a side.

Ah, this is easily one of the funniest movies in the MCU. Probably funniest Spider-Man movie in this MCU run. Let's talk about it!
Tom Holland believes he'll win an Oscar for his performance in Spider-Man No Way Home. In the first half of the episode, we'll talk about his quote. In the second half, I'll go over his performance (with spoilers) to see if he should be in the conversation.
These are the moments in the movie that made me just.....whew. One scene nearly got me in tears.
Keeping the descriptions vague to not spoil anything but I talk about how the end of the movie positions Sony and Marvel.
The Watching The Web-Head podcast has reached a listening milestone. I celebrate it and talk a little bit about my journey and what's to come in 2022.

Seems like out of nowhere Sony has given us a first look at their sequel to the Into The Spider-Verse. Not only that, but they have essentially announced two movies! Anyways, October 7th, 2022. It can't come soon enough.
I jumped back into Marvel's Avengers now that Spider-Man is in it. I played a little bit and wanted to give some initial takes as well as mentioning if you should even buy the game (or console for this PlayStation exclusive).
I can't believe I have to say this. But, a brawl broke out of a line of people waiting to buy Spider-Man No Way Home tickets. Now I gotta be out here telling you it's just a movie. Good grief.
Amy Pascal announced Sony Is planning on making another Spider-Man trilogy. She never explicitly says these movies are in the MCU. The reality: Sony wouldn't name its universe after a character that doesn't exist in it. So, Sony MUST be making Spider-Man movies in the Spider-Man Universe.
Between Sony and Marvel, there is a shared ownership of Spider-Man. Contrary to popular belief, Sony doesn't own all 3 of these rights.
I review the movie after seeing it twice in two days. It's......... not a good movie but still has some cool moments. First part has no spoilers and then I will signal the start of spoiler review.
It's all about the end credits scene, folks! Look, I watched Venom Let There Be Carnage once. I'm going to watch again and do a full review. But, for now, still expect spoilers and OMG THAT END CREDITS SCENE IS EVERYTHING
It's 2 in the morning and I'm trying to wrap my mind around what may be the biggest leak of the movie, Spider-Man No Way Home. Or is it a troll? Give me your thoughts and hop onto Instagram!
Venom: Let There Be Carnage, and Spider-Man: No Way Home are likely going to change the landscape of Spider-Man in movies going forward.
If Marvel were to lose full control of Spider-Man, what would happen with their agreement with Sony? What happens with Spider-Man movies?
I take my time talking about why and why not for Miles Morales taking over as the most popular Marvel icon, Spider-Man. A combined effort from Sony and Marvel is key for Miles' chances. Let me know what you think!
High expectations about returning villains may need to be pulled back. And it's partly due to Disney being involved.
In a couple of years, we should see Insomniac release a new Spidey game apparently featuring Venom. Oh, but that's not the only Marvel game coming from the developer.
I've spent the past week working hard on new content for the podcast as well as launching a new newsletter. This episode is a literal audio tour of all of the new things.

Sony changed their movie universe name from Sony Pictures Universe of Marvel Characters to Sony's Spider-Man Universe. Listen as I connect the dots to why this is the end for Spider-Man in the MCU.
Finally. FINALLY. Sony has released the trailer for No Way Home. Some things I loved. Some things I disliked. And a lot of questions! Let's talk about it!
Finally. FINALLY! We have an update on potentially when Spidey will appear on the flailing Marvel's Avengers. Sadly, it is still confirmed to be PS4/5 exclusive. I talk about why that is and how this might be a really bad idea.
With the Venom movie being delayed again (because of Delta) I wonder how many more times it'll get pushed back. Also, another Sony movie, Spider-Man No Way Home, might face the same problem. Oy!
