Episode 35: The Super Mario Bros. Movie

The Boys enter uncharted waters for Watch/Skip+ this week, as they review an animated film targeted primarily towards children. That film being “The Super Mario Bros. Movie,” the latest from Illumination and the first adaptation of the hit gaming franchise since the infamous live-action adaptation from thirty years ago. As our resident big kid, Red, put it, the secondary target market for this movie is lifelong fans such as himself, hence the coverage on this show. How did it fare for a series nerd such as himself and an outsider such as Cupcake?
