Kyle, like us, graduated in the class of 2013 and found his way to Iowa State from South East Polk High School. A tremendous 3 sport athlete in high school he was a top QB prospect in the state his junior and senior year. After battling ACL injuries(3) he transitioned from QB to holder on special teams and started for the Cyclones in 2016 and 2017. We discuss a wide range of topics inside the over arching theme of the Cy-Hawk rivalry as well as some talk about the Iowa State's first performance this year. Some nerdy special teams talk gets mixed in as well as looking back on living out the Iowa kids dream.
