Sana Hidaka is forced to move away from his small, quiet town to live in Toyko with his parents. This forces him to bid farewell to many of his childhood friends. Five years later he returns and attempts to reacquaint himself with the friends he left behind. Though everyone appears to be happy on the outside each and every one of them are hiding skeletons in their closets that adversely affects them, Sana chief amongst them.
