~ The art of active dreaming as a spiritual process where we access part of the astral dimension that holds the dream realm.
~Exploring the astral as a dimension which allows our consciousness to travel across different timelines, personal memories, emotions and the collective unconscious.
~How our emotional experiences influence our dream events through symbolism, language and objects that our minds are able to associate with particular emotions.
~Understanding the dream landscape as the home of our dream events, where we experience a sense of safety to have a deeper connection with our consciousness.
~ Comprehending the different types of epic dreams, which include elemental dreams that bring messages from our holy guardians and prophetic dreams that represent future timelines of something bigger than our personal experiences.

~Breaking down the different roles of the higher and lower astral dimension, with the higher astral as a portal for receiving miraculous healing, initiation process and connecting with higher guides whilst the lower astral dimension holds our fragmented consciousness and unprocessed traumas.
~ The art of dream interpretation and some of the practices that may help us remember our dreams more vividly.
