God's word explains Jesus died for our sins to redeem us from our past sins, so that we can have forgiveness from those past sins to then come before God to receive the Holy Spirit and New Heart. To be changed by God into the new man, the righteous man. To now live and walk in righteousness by the Holy Spirit of God.
