Hey Light Shiners! In this episode, I am joined by Ebony a former foster who is a 32-year-old Afro-Caribbean mother of 4 children, her Afro-Indiginous Son ( my eldest) was apprehended in 2016 by Family and Children Services. They refused to turn the file over to Native Child and family services and did not offer a placement in the Native community as an option.
