Pastor Scott sets up our summer by looking at Psalm 1, which talks about the importance of meditating on God’s word. He outlines two ways of living: to live by default or to live by design. You can be formed by the counsel and culture, or you can be formed by the thoughts of God. He encourages us to guard our roots. He believes God wants to do a great work in us this season. Allow God to renew our minds by meditating on the thoughts of God as expressed in Scripture.
