James Rodgers is a journalist and author and a Reader in International Journalism at City, University of Moscow, discusses his book Assignment Moscow, working as a foreign correspondent in Moscow in the 1990s and in the 2000s under Putin's regime, the way in which the media environment has changed since Russia's full-scale invasion of Ukraine.
