輕輕地呼吸，我將今天的疲累、委屈、無奈、失敗… 吐出去​
專心地，慢慢地呼吸，吸進來清新、溫暖的、天父的慈愛​
​
沒有人可以控訴我的失敗、我的錯誤，我的心不再被定罪；​
因為，基督耶穌十字架上的死與愛，為我的過犯付上了代價。​
​
在我和愛我的基督耶穌之間，沒有距離；​
沒有任何人、事、物能將我與基督的愛隔絕。​
我浸泡在基督耶穌的愛裡，平靜安穩，安睡在天父的懷裡。​

『誰能使我們與基督的愛隔絕呢？難道是患難嗎？是困苦嗎？是逼迫嗎？是飢餓嗎？是赤身露體嗎？是危險嗎？是刀劍嗎？』- 羅馬書8：35​
