(Day 21) Enjoying my first zero day and contemplating the impact of the coronavirus on and off the AT

Made it through the Smokies yesterday!  I am enjoying a zero day at Standing Bear Farm Hikers’ Hostel in Tennessee – such a beautiful and welcoming place.  I hope you enjoy the poem “Be Brave” read by fellow AT hiker, Lightshow.  I will be taking a step back from future podcasts as I wrap my head around and deal with the situation at hand of the coronavirus.  Until next time… so thankful for you all and I wish you well!
