SHOW NOTES: You may remember a time in your life when you had to take quick action. In 1 Samuel 25 we read about Nabal, Abigail, and David. Abigail was told some troubling news and she quickly packed a picnic feast. Loading the last donkey, she mounted her donkey and went out to meet David and his men. The purpose for this picnic was to divert a massacre – Nabal and all the males in his household. The contrast of foolish words and wisdom is evident in this story. Amid difficult relationships and circumstances, each of us needs to look to God and seek His guidance. Scripture: 1 Samuel 25
