Also, when your actions matches your words there is no room for doubt from yourself or others. As we mature through this journey of self improvement, consistently finding ways to develop and improve ourselves we learn before someone can earn trust, their actions must follow their words. That is because actions are never lies in fact, it shows people always do exactly what they want to do whether it's in the past, present or future. 

As the common saying goes, actions speak louder than words. Now think about it, are your words matching your actions.
