Episode 27: Liverpool hit the Slots

In the time since Stephen Kenny was not asked to renew his contract as Ireland manager, Jurgen Klopp stepped down from Liverpool, Xabi Alonso, Rúben Amorim and Robert De Zerbi were all heavily-tipped to take over, before the job ultimately went to Arne Slot. Is Slot's hiring a gamble or have Liverpool got the right structure in place to move on from the Klopp era?

The NFL Draft gave us an interesting insight into the minds of those managing teams at the highest level. Offence was the main focus in the first round of the Draft, with 6 quarterbacks going in the first 12 picks.

Katie Taylor vs Amanda Serrano II is scheduled for July 20th in the USA. Cian and Conor are both disappointed that the fight will not take place in Ireland, but agree that the exposure via Netflix streaming the fight could make up for it.
