You're listening to KFI AM six forty wake Up Call with me Amy King on demand on the iHeartRadio app. I'm Heather Brooker in for Amy King. Good morning and happy Monday. I don't know, do people like it when you say that happy Monday? Well I'm saying it. Thank you guys for joining us. Good morning to Tony and An. We've got all our crew here today and it's going to be a great morning and I hope it's a great week for you as well. So thank you so much for joining us.

Let's get right into it, shall we. I am a little bit, I want to say hungover because I stayed up late last night and I watched the Super Bowl and it went into overtime and I was not expecting that, but it was worth it. I stayed up and watched it. So, as you can imagine, we're going to have a lot of Super Bowl post

Super Bowl coverage today on wake Up Call. The Kansas City Chiefs have won the Super Bowl fifty eight, and we'll hear from head coach Jannie Reid and Patrick Mahomes about why they think what they think helped them win, and then we're going to find out more details about the Equid church shooting that happened yesterday afternoon in Houston, Texas. And a new poll shows that most Americans believe both President Biden and Trump are too old for another term. Then at six

p' oh five, it's Handle on the news. Did the Chiefs just create a dynasty? We're going to talk to Wayne Resident, who is in for Bill Handle this morning, to hear what he thinks. But let's get started with some of the stories coming out of the campf I twenty four hour newsroom. A Chase Kingnam has started its own history class. Kansas City Chiefs have won back to back Super Bowls. They beat the San Francisco forty nine Ers

twenty five to twenty two last night in overtime. It's the third time in five seasons that the Chiefs quarterback the Chiefs quarterback Patrick Mahomes has led his team to take home the Vince Lombardi Trophy. I think we just kept fighting. I mean, at at end of the day, it wasn't like we caught a lot of different plays. We stayed within our offense kind of like we did all year long, and guys just continue to battle and that was kind

of our season. Chief coach Andy Reid told reporters the game could have gone either way as both teams kept taking the lead during the second half. It was a very exciting game and of course Super Bowl was also packed with celebrities. Taylor Swift was there to support her boyfriend Chiefs Titaned, Travis Kelce and the camera Cutaway do other stars like Leonardo DiCaprio, Beyonce and jay Z, Kelly Clarkson, and Paul Rudd, just to name a few of the big

names in attendance. And then R and B star Usher performed a mashup of his hits for the halftime show, and he did it while he was on roller skates for part of the performance. Very impressive there. Usher brought out some of his famous friends like her Alicia, Keys, Lil John and Ludacris, and despite some audio issues in the beginning of the show, Usher finished strong. He has a new album coming out for the first time in eight years, called Coming Home. All right, let's get to some non Super

Bowl related news. The co founder of Nigeria's biggest bank has been killed in a helicopter crash near the Mojave National in San Bornino County. Five others aboard the helicopter Friday night were also killed in a crash which was seen by people driving on the fifteen near Baker. The aircraft had taken off from Palm Springs and was headed to Boulder City, Nevada. CHP logs show there was rain

and snow in the area at the time of the crash. A woman in Texas who walked into Joel Ostein's megachurch in Houston with a gun and a with a child has been shot and killed by two off duty officers. Police Chief Troy Finner says the woman walked into church just before a Spanish speaking service yesterday. She was armed with a long rifle and a trench coat with the backpack, He says, at some point the woman started shooting. A man in

his fifties was hit. He survived. The boy who walked into the church with her was also shot and he is in critical condition. Let's get back to some of the stories coming out of the KFI twenty four hour newsroom. As we mentioned, a woman walked into Joel Ostine's Church in Houston, Texas, sony afternoon and started shooting. ABC's Jim Ryan joins his life from Dallas with the latest. Good morning, Jim, so no much more of this

morning than we did yesterday afternoon. The police have not yet identified the woman who carried this out. She in their early thirties, it's thought, walked into that church, Lakewood Church in southwest Houston. Had a child with her, five or six year old little boy wearing a trench coat on a warm Sunday afternoon in Houston. She opened that coat, pulled out a rifle,

fired off at least one shot. Among the many people that are thousands who were coming to the two o'clock Spanish language service were a couple of off duty law enforcers, one a Houston police officer, the other a State Alcohol Control Board officer also registered to carry again. They engaged her, They shot and killed her before she died. According to the police chief, the woman said that she had a bomb. The search was done of the backpack she was

wearing out of the car in the parking lot. No explode were found. Tragically, though, the little boy who was with this woman also was hit during this exchange of gunfire. He was in critical condition yesterday afternoon. We haven't had any kind of an update on what his condition is today, Amy, So it's Heather. I'm I'm saying if I mean, that's okay.

So here's you know. One of the things I was wondering is I was reading about some of the off the off duty officers that were there, and they aren't saying if the young boy was hit by the woman who walked in with him or by the officers. Do you think that there's a possibility there he might have been hit by some of the crossfire. It is possible either by the shot fired by the woman or shots fired by those police officers.

That's a huge question who fired those shots? Now that the Houston police officer is on administrative leave, undoubtedly that state agent also is on leave now while the investigation is underway. But just so many questions. What was this woman's motivation? Was this a targeted thing? Did she have some problem with Hispanics? Again, this was a Spanish language service that was about to start, and we just don't know yet had there any of those things? So a

lot of questions to be answered today, we hope now. Pastor Joel Ostein is one of the most well known televangelists, you know, pastors of these megachurches and he made some statements and comments after the incident yesterday. What did he have to say, Yes, mainly offering support, certainly for the first responders who showed up at that church. He was not conducting that service.

It was a Spanish language service and someone else was going to perform the service, so he wasn't directly on site when this all happened, but certainly was offering the prayers of this congregation of about forty five thousand members for the woman who was killed, for the child, for the first responders. There's also a man, a bystander who was hit in the leg. He was taken to the hospital. He's expected to be okay at some point released. He

may have in fact been released overnight. But yeah, So that's what Ostein had to say after this all, after the smoke had cleared and a briefing was held outside the church. Heather, do you think that this incident, which you know, there have been several church type shootings in the past few as many years, several years, do you think that this is going to raise concern for churches now to start adding an increased security. Oh, yes, you know, I think every time we have one of these happened.

I mean the one that happened at Sutherland Springs Taxes down by San Antonio and a little chapel there. There was one here in the Dallas Fort Worth area some time after that, a man who had walked into a church and open fire, killing someone before he was killed. And I think every time this happens, it raises alarms for churches and they start looking at their security systems and what's in place. I was surprised that it was so easy for this

woman to walk into this church. Now totally they don't have metal detectors or security well, especially because it's such a large church with so many people. Yeah, yeah, I mean it's a huge place. It was once a city auditorium. I mean an enormous facility to try to monitor everybody who's coming and going. But yeah, I suspect that from megachurch to tiny chapels, churches will start again taking a second look at their own security procedures, maybe

reevalue doing some reevaluating there. That is an unfortunate situation to be in where it feels like as Americans, we can't be safe anywhere, right. Thank you so much for your time this morning. Thanks Heather, all right, let's get back to some of the stories coming out of the KFI twenty four hour newsroom. At least three men have been stabbed during a large brawl at a motorcycle festival at the Ventura County Fairgrounds. Police got several nine to one

one calls yesterday that a person had been stabbed during Chopperfest. Police found two injured men and paramedics took them to the hospital. The third man was able to get the same hospital on his own. No arrests were made. A couple from Sanbordino County have pleaded guilty to causing a brush fire in twenty twenty

that killed a Forest Service firefighter. It all stems from a gender revealed party that got out of hand, sparking a massive wildfire that burned nearly twenty three thousand acres in the Inland Empire. On Friday, prosecutor say Refugio Jmenez Junior pleaded guilty to several charges, including involuntary manslaughter for the death of a firefighter. At the time of their arrest, the couple was facing nearly twenty years behind bars. Amenez Junior will serve one year in county jail, two years

felony probation in two hundred hours of community service. His wife, who pleaded guilty to three misdemeanors, will serve one year probation in four hundred hours of community service. Andrew Caravella Kafi News The couple will also have to pay more than one point seven million dollars in damages. Rescue crews have discovered Rescue crews have recovered the body of a woman who had been reported missing on Mount Baldy. The woman had gone hiking early last week as those big story worms moved

in. A person told the US Forest Service Saturday they believed they had spotted the woman from a drone. Deputies and search and rescue crews were dispatched, but they couldn't get to the area because conditions were not safe. The Sheriff's Department air rescue helicopter recovered the body early yesterday. Three people have survived a plane crash in Florida that killed the pilot and co pilot. The private jet

from Ohio slammed into a highway Friday. ABC's Derek Dennis says the pilot had calmly told an airport controller of the aircraft was not going to make the runway because it had lost both engines. Investigators have determined the plane did not run out of fuel, saying that fire was from the fuel on board. They see a bird strike or some mechanical failure could be the cause. The plane was headed for the airport in Naples when they tried to make an emergency landing

on Interstate seventy five. The Israeli military has rescued two hostages in Gaza during a raid in which at least sixty seven Palestinians were killed. The sixty and seven year old men rescued were among the hundreds of people taken when Hamas attacked in October. ABC's Jordana Miller says the raid early this morning was in the

southern border town of Rafa. Israeli Army says commandos stormed the second floor apartment, some protecting the hostages with their own bodies, while others killed their captors. One woman says one of the men rescued is her uncle. It was very emotional to see them, to hug them, to fill them. It feels almost unreal. Israel says about one hundred hostages remain in Hamas captivity, as well as the remains of about thirty others. President Biden has been warned

Israel. President Biden has warned Israel against a ground operation in Rafa. The White House says comments from former President Trump about not protecting NATO countries are appalling and unhinged. Trump said at a campaign rally Saturday that NATO was busted before he became president, and that he told members of the US would not protect them if they didn't pay their share. He said, the president of one country asked him about the scenario. I said, you didn't pay your delinquent.

He said, yes, let's say that happened. No, I would not protect you. In fact, I would encourage them to do whatever the hell they want. You gotta pay, you gotta pay your bills. Republican presidential candidate Nikki Hayley says, yes, the US wants members to pay more, but that is not the way you get them to do it. When we come back, are the presidential nominees too old for office? We're going to talk about it. You're listening to Wake Up Call on demand from KFI

AM six forty. The State Attorney General's office says it will not retry the former LAPED officer who fatally shot a man at a Costco store in Corona. Rescue crews have recovered the body of a woman who had been reported missing on Mount Baldy, and Chiefs quarterback Patrick Mahomes is getting a parade at Disneyland after his big Super Bowl win. Then at six five, I have its handle on the news. Are you skipping work today because of the Super Bowl flu?

We we'll tell you why millions of Americans are afflicted with this illness after the Super Bowl. Then at five fifty, we're going to dive into those super Bowl details. But right now, let's talk about President Biden's personal attorney. He's raising concerns over the report from special counsel Robert Hurr, calling it a shabby piece of work. ABC's Oh, I'm sorry, we have who do we have Karen? Do we have Karen? Did you say, oh, Karen, I'm so sorry? Hello, good morning, Good morning?

All right, So I started to toss to you I believe the wrong story this morning. That's okay, it's been a day. Everybody's a little tired from football. No joke about the Super Bowl. Yeah, it is a real problem. And I actually have a kid home sick from school. Today, Like when you said super Bowl flu, I'm like, is he faking? Maybe? I don't think so. Definitely, Maybe you're onto something too many last night, me too, me too? All right, So let's

talk about this. This this story is actually something that I talk about quite a bit. Americans think that Biden and Trump are too old for another term. What is this poll saying? Yeah? So, this was an ABC News IPSOS poll that came out yesterday that found an overwhelming majority of Americans think the president's too old to serve another term. Eighty six percent of Americans think

that of the president, he's eighty one years old. And this is obviously something that is deeply concerning to so many people, and something that the Biden campaign says that they are aware of. They know this is not new, but it's something they're going to have to deal with over the next ten months.

The notable thing to in this poll is that sixty two percent of Americans think Donald Trump, who's seventy seven years old, he's also too old to serve as president, less than the number of people, of course, for the president. But still it's not like people are saying he is, you know, some youthful spring chicken. The interesting thing here is that there's a

very large difference in the partisan view of the respective nominees. Seventy three percent of Democrats think that Joe Biden's too old to serve, but only thirty five percent of Republicans think the same about Donald Trump. So you know where that is coming from. Why Democrats are so much more worried concerned versus Republicans who maybe are just brushing it off or more loyal. It's just an interesting number

as we head into the selection season. Now, you know what's interesting here is it's not just their age that is being called in a question, it's the it's their memory. And you know, specifically Biden's being questioned because he couldn't remember when his son Bo died when he was being questioned by Special counsel. Is that a fair assessment or marker of his memory. The White House and the President himself will say absolutely not. They were very upset about this

last week when the Special Council report came out. You know, the legal issues were done for him. It said that you know, there was no prosecute, that the evidence doesn't establish the President's guilt beyond a reasonable doubt about his keeping and retaining of colassified materials. So for the president, he said on that, you know, the matter is closed, but the political damage could be potential extending now from this because the report took notable how it laid

out some of the issues it saw with the president's recollection. It described his recollection as painfully slow, his memory hazy, significantly limited, and said that one of the considerations was, you know, not doing charges and thinking of it as that the president would likely present himself to a jury as a sympathetic, well meaning elderly man with a poor memory. So okay, good,

you're not getting charged because of how that would play out for you. But bad because one of the reasons is because they think you're too old to do, you know, to be on the stand. Interesting. You know, you talked to some legal analysts. We had Dan Abrams last week who was saying, you know, in some way, that might be worse than charges if you have this baked in in American's mind, that you know, you're too old, that you can't remember things during interviews like this. The President

fired back, He said his memory is fine. He was very frustrated that that was so political in the report, Kamala Harris also fired back on that and said that it was politically motivated, and she took issue with the characterization of the president and said it was just inaccurate. So the White House is going to continue pushing back, but I think they're hoping that the whole thing

just kind of fades from people's memories. Well, and I think that will be interesting to see over the next several months as well, just what kind of impact this will have, because honestly, it looks like we may only have two choices now, no disrespect to Nikki Haley, but we may only have two choices when it comes to the big election and questions of memory and

age. At that point, it's like, you know, I don't I know, people use the term lesser of two evils, but the less and that's you know, if the campaign is going to make as you know, it's not going to be a referendum in their view on Joe Biden and his policies and do you love Joe Biden because they look at the polls and know

that that's not how people are feeling right now. They're going to make this a choice between Joe Biden and Donald Trump and They're going to try to drive up Donald Trump's negatives, and they feel that that's an election they can win because they've won it before in twenty twenty. And they also feel that people have been paying attention to Donald Trump over the last three years, and if they start shining a spotlight on some of the things he has been saying and

continues to say, the negatives are just going to go up. No, I think you're absolutely right. Well, Karen, I know you have to go, and I hope your son feels better. Thank you very much, thank me saling me right now. No more doritos, no more. All right, thank you so much for your time. All right, let's get back to some of the stories coming out of the KFI twenty four hour newsroom. Two people have been shot at a party in the Hollywood Hills. They

are expected to be okay. Neighbors say the house where it happened is an Airbnb and the people the party are said to be from Chicago. The shooting happened after a fight last night that spilled out into the street and two people were detained. A woman in Texas who walked into Joel Ostein's megachurch in Houston with a gun and a child with her has been fatally shot by two off duty officers. Police Chief Troy Finner says the woman walked into the church just

before a Spanish speaking service yesterday. She was armed with a long rifle and a trench coat with the backpack. Pastor Joel Ostein says the church is devastated by the shooting. Defense Secretary Lloyd Austin is back in the hospital. This is Secretary Austin's second hospitalization this year. He's been admitted to the critical Care Unit and Walter Reed Army Medical Center, described as something similar to an intensive care unit. ABC's m Nownn says, according to The Pentagon, Austin was

admitted yesterday for bladder issues. He's currently being treated for prostate cancer when we come back. President Biden's attorney has raised concerns over her report. We talked about that just a few moments ago a little bit with Karen Travers, but we're going to dive into that a little bit. More southlind weather from CAFI sunny today, with highs in the mid to upper sixties in Metro La Inland

and OC. Highs will reach the mid sixties on Tuesday, and highs will be in the lod to mid fifties in the Annalope Valley and reached the upper sixties in Riverside and the Ie. Right now, it's forty four in Burbank forty seven in Redondo Beach. You're listening to Wake Up Call on demand from KFI AM six forty. Here's what we're following in the KFI twenty four hour

newsroom. A woman in Texas who walked into Joel Osceine's megachurch in Houston with a gun and with a child has been shot and killed by two off duty officers, and at least three men have been stabbed during a large brawl at a motorcycle festival at the Ventura County Fairgrounds. And the Israeli military has rescued two hostages in Gaza during a raid in which at least sixties seven Palestinians were killed. The sixty and seven year old men rescued were among the hundreds of

people taken when Hamas attacked Israel in October. And at six ZHO five, it's handle on the news. The Super Bowl was powered by Nevada Solar Farm, making it a historic green milestone for the NFL, and at five point fifty will dive into the Super Bowl details. Oh yes, the highlights and memorable moments that you might have missed from the big Game. But let's get back to some of the stories coming out of the KFI twenty four hour newsroom.

A Chase kgnum has started its own history class. That's right, the Kansas City Chiefs have won back to back Super Bowls. They beat the San Francisco forty nine Ers twenty two, twenty five to twenty two last night in overtime. It is the third time in five seasons that Chiefs quarterback Patrick Mahomes has led his team to take home the Vince Lombardi Trophy. I think we just kept fiden. I mean, at the end of the day, it

wasn't like we call a lot of different plays. We stayed within our offense, kind of like we did all year long, and guys just continued to battle and that was kind of our whole season. Chiefs coach Andy Reid told reporters the game could have gone either way as both teams kept taking the lead during the second half. President Biden's personal attorney has raised some concerns over the report from Special Counsel Robert Hurr, calling it quote a shabby piece of work.

ABC Steven Portnoy joins us live from Washington with more. Good morning, Stephen, Oh, good morning to you. All Right. So what are the things that are being called into question in this report, Well, mainly it's the argument that Robert Hurr makes that Joe Biden has a failing memory, that he's an elderly man who would appear sympathetic before a jury but simply can't remember key details such as the years he served as vice president or the year

his son Bo died. Now, President Biden reacted angrily to that last Thursday night, and since his aides and his allies have been engaged in a coordinated pushback of the report. You had the Vice President Kamala Harris calling it gratuitous and inappropriate and even politically motivated. And yesterday Bob Bauer, the President's personal lawyer, who was in that interview that Robert Hurr conducted with the President in October, said that it just doesn't comport with what he saw happen before his

own eyes. Now. Bob Bauer also said that he asked the Attorney General, Merrick Garland to make edits to the report before it was released. Obviously that request was denied, but that was a revelation made yesterday in an interview on CBS where Bob Bauer said that they were so struck by what her had written that they asked for a revision, and that's an extraordinary thing to ask for something that had to come out of a report, and the report was

turned out. Overall, the key takeaway was that Joe Biden retained information in classified classified information in handwritten notes, mainly that he had there inadvertently. There were some classified papers that were apparently put up in boxes by his aids that wound up in his either in his basement or at the pen Biden Center here in Washington, or even from his time in the Senate at the University of Delaware. But the wilfulness really points to the information that Biden kept in handwritten

notebooks that he shared with a ghostwriter. And while he insists that he didn't share classified information with the ghostwriter, the report indicates that it was at the time Biden's understanding that he had classified information in front of him, and the idea is that he shouldn't have. Now the White House shrugs that off by

saying, well, all of Joe Biden's predecessors have done this. There's no evidence of that, except in the case of Ronald Reagan, when he had his own diary from his time in the White House that it contained information that was later deemed classified by the Way in twenty seventeen. When he left the White House. Joe Biden was not a former president. He's still not a

former president. He's never been a former president. He was a former vice president, and his predecessors would have included Dick Cheney, Al Gore, and Dan Quayle, not Ronald Reagan. But the argument remains that there ought to be some understanding that these prominent men who have access to classified materials often, if not at least sometimes take notes on it and bring it home to keep

for their own records. Ultimately, there was a motivation for Joe Biden here that is explored in part in her report, and that is that he wanted

to write a book. And the two reasons for that one you establish yourself on the national stage of someone who might put himself forward for president again, as Joe Biden did, and the other reason prophet motivation, you want to sell that book, But the book didn't apparently contain any classified information, And so Her said, because he viewed Joe Biden as a sympathetic figure who would offer his own explanation to a jury, it wasn't likely that her would be

able to get a conviction even if Joe Biden weren't a sitting president. Justice Department policy prohibits an indictment of a sitting president. So the first thing that I think, you know a lot of people think of, and I certainly did, is how is this classified information case against Biden different than the one against Trump. Well, look, the straightforward answer is that Donald Trump is charged with obstructing justice. That he didn't just happen to have classified information on

hand at mar A Lago. Allegedly, it's that he sought to keep it from being turned back over to the government when the government came calling for it, and that he at a certain point, it's alleged had his staff move boxes around mar A Lago so that his attorneys couldn't find the boxes. And it's also alleged that Donald Trump sought to have evidence of the boxes being moved around destroyed. All of this in the indictment brought by the Special Counsel Jack

Smith. That's actually the subject of a hearing today in Fort Pierce, Florida. The former president Donald Trump's expected to sit in on that hearing. So the substant of difference is not just a wilful retention of classified information, and there's some evidence that Joe Biden wilfully retained it and other parts of her report. It's more exculpatory. But in the case of Donald Trump, he didn't

turn the documents over. He sought to keep them allegedly and sought to obstruct justice by trying to block the government's investigation and lie to his own attorneys about it. All right, so let's talk about ultimately, you know, what they probably were fighting for and why they were trying so hard to keep some of this information out of the report. What effect will this report have on

Biden's presidential campaign? Eighty six percent of the country in our ABC News Zipsos poll over the weekend so that they believe that Joe Biden is too old to be president for the next five years. That poll also indicates most Americans believe that Donald Trump is too old to be president for at least the next five years. However, that is not necessarily, you know, going to prevent

the people from making that choice one or the other. And so I think Joe Biden and his allies and aids and surrogates are now increasingly saying, look, the man is eighty one. It is what it is. But look at what he's done, look at how effective he can be, look at how much he cares about the country, look at what a decent man he is, and look at the alternative. And that is the argument that they're going to continue to make for the next ten months. All right, that

is such great information. So here's my question. Do you prefer Steve or Steven? I've been wanting to ask you that. Well, you know, it depends. Are weaving or are we just hanging out? Are we on the air? Now? Steven is probably the best. Is my mother calls me, oh okay, all right. Always good to know. I always like to check because I you know, I don't want to be too casual. Sure, but thank you so much, such great information. Have a

wonderful morning. All right, let's get back to some of the stories coming out of the KFI twenty four hour newsroom. The co founder of Nigeria's biggest bank has been killed in a helicopter c near the Mojave National Preserve in San Bernardino County. Two people have been shot at a party in the Hollywood Hills, but they are expected to be okay. We'll have more details on that later. Health officials in Gaza say more than twelve thousand Palestinian kids have been killed in the war between Israel and

Hamas. The Health Ministry has previously said more than twenty five thousand Palestinians have been killed in the fighting, and Defense Secretary Lloyd Austin is back in the hospital, officials say. According to The Pentagon, Austin was admitted yesterday afternoon for a bladder issue. And we're just minutes away from handle on the news this morning. And you won't believe what happens to the puppies after the puppy bowl. We're gonna break that all down for you with Wayne when he's here.

All right, let's get back to some of the stories coming out of the KFI twenty four hour newsroom. Now, I don't know about you, but I stayed up late, even though I had to be up really early this morning to watch the Super Bowl in overtime, and I'm feeling it this morning, but it was totally worth it. ABC's Alex Stone joins US Live from Las Vegas. Good morning, Alex do you have a little bit of a Super Bowl hangover? I think I do. I think a lot of people here in Vegas are going to. I walked through the casino at Mandalay Bay a few minutes ago and

it is still rocking right now. Still people who are they've still got all their chief skier on and security when running by me a few minutes ago, like four or five security guards. So something's going on. I get the bar. There's a fight or something, but the bars are full. The

casino is full. You know, Heather, this city was built for this, and it went so smoothly when the super Bowl is in Phoenix, or in San Francisco or even in La Now that you end up having to take buses from where everything is in a downtown area and then with the NFL experience where the hotels are and get on those buses and then wait for buses at the end and get back to your hotel, and then food is already closed up and there's nothing there nothing to do but go back to hotel room or

go find bar that is open here in Vegas. I called my wife last night as I was walking back, saying, this is amazing that I walk out of a Legiance Stadium, walk over a bridge, and I'm on the Vegas Stretch and back of the hotel and all the restaurants are open and they know how to do crowd control and everything. The NFL has said that it's going to hold the game here over and over again. It will be kind of a permanent home with some other cities peppered in there, shutting in LA.

But it worked really well, and after shunning Vegas for so long, the NFL is all in and for good reason that this city works really well for what they want to do. Yeah, the one thing I saw that the only hiccup that I saw was people were saying that there was just wall to wall cars on the strip, like back to cars on the strip. But I'm like, who's that way on a Saturday night normally? But but

yeah, you're right. I tried to get an uber to go down to Wind to meet up with somebody on Friday night, and it took forever, but we finally got there. Yeah, you get here eventually. All right, So let's talk about some of the most memorable moments of the game last

night. Yeah, So, I mean it started slow and going into the half, it seemed like the Niners defense was just too much for the Chiefs and that maybe this was going to be the Niners year redo from twenty twenty, the last time the Chiefs and the forty nine ers were in it, and maybe they were gonna get redemption. But boy, things changed after halftime and then to see kind of a ping pong match of scoring and then in the end in overtime, only the second time in Super Bowl history, but

there was so much passion and excitement in the stadium. This is what it sounded like for hours afterwards. This was going on. Normally they kick fans out half an hour forty five minutes after the game, they just let them go. And the Chiefs fans were doing it the chop for hours and hours, and even Patrick Mahomes was on the field for probably a good hour before

he went off the field and went back into the locker room. And the players were celebrating on the field, the families were there, and the fans just kind of went down into two field level into the seats and sat there taking pictures and drinking beer. And Joe and Erica she was not drinking beer. You'll hear why from Columbia Missouri, and she says it was a special night all around. I actually just told my mom tonight that I am pregnant

with my first child. So then winning was like a too, you know, a double waving for me to learn. Thank you, thank you very much. And her mom was standing there crying, not only because of the baby, but also because the Chiefs win that they are lifelong Chiefs fans. This guy was collecting confetti, filling a baggie full of it to bring home to his buddies in Kansas City. Oh good baby, I've been to all

four of them, so this is awesome. Man. I'm glad I spent the money and came out and had There are a lot of celebrities in the house. I'm just a long list of who was here. And then of course Usher the halftime show, which was fine. I don't think a lot of people ten years from now are going to say remember Usher and how amazing that was. And he had Alicia Keys and her and Little John and Luda

Chris. But when it was done, everybody in the stadium kind of went okay, and they went to the bathroom and then got a hot dog and got ready for the second half and then moved on. Yeah, I mean that was sort of like, I don't want to say lackluster, because I mean I feel like I saw him working and he was giving it as all, but it just was missing a little something for me. Yeah, it was this single long experience and he wanted he wanted to do it all live,

which it sounded live. It sounded like there were audio problems, yes, on the loud speaker. It just didn't sound right, you know. Yeah, Yeah, something was and it didn't sound like the studio, which it wasn't. He wasn't in the studio, but but it was just a little bit off in that way. Uh, And everybody was kind of singing. It was so loud it was almost hard to understand what he was saying in the in the song. But they gave us these light up necklaces to

wear and to make the crowd light up. Mine is sitting in front of me right now. It's still lighting up different colors. I don't know when it's gonna turn off fairly, I'm still part of Usher's halftime show this morning because there's no off button on it. It's still going or I'm being tracked. I don't know. The party never stops. Right, I have one

more question for you before we go. I feel like a lot of people there was a lot of expectation on Travis Kelcey last night, but it seemed like he had a more action on the sidelines than he did during the game. Did we ever find out what he was That whole interaction between him and coach Reid was about. Did you hear anything about why he was getting so upset with him? Yeah, it was the turnover that he didn't like. He didn't like the call, and maybe he wanted it challenged. I don't

know, but they both are kind of brushing that off now. But it did go viral, the photo and the video of him bumping him and then yelling at you just don't do that. No, that's not okay. But he did talk about it to our partner's ESPN saying, you know what, he was passionate in that moment. He told them this man, I was fired up. Man, I was fired up, and we weren't hitting on

all cylinders. And I had to give Big Red a love tap there and I let him know that we were all here fighting for him no matter what, Big Red give him a love tab. I would say, there's a little mound the love tab. He almost knocked him over. Yeah. I was like, oh my gosh. Yeah, they do have an interesting relationship. They've been working together for a very long time. Kelsey had a very good second half, made a lot of catches. So they've got their deal.

Have they not won, maybe their discussion would have been a little bit different afterwards, And I'm sure that they had some words in the locker room, but at least publicly they're coming out and saying, nah, we're all good, we love each other. It's just passionate of the game, all right. So key takeaways, more Vegas Super Bowls. Vegas knows how to party. And then just don't hit your coach. Don't yeah, don't do

that. I'm Taylor Swift to remember. She was here too, by the way, every time showing on the big screen, a lot of booze. Oh she was so much surprising, especially with all the Chiefs fans who were there, but mainly Niners fans were booing her. But it was one big boo every time they would show her. Oh that's too bad, leave her alone. She's just living her life everything and she was enjoying it. Last night I having a few drinks. Oh that sounds so much fun, Like

it was so much fun. And thank you so much, Alex. I hope you're able to get some rest today and help that hangover a little bit. You got it good. Thanks Heady.
