Kick off to the weekend. It's going to be

a busy, busy day as always. Hey, last night I was watching Amazing Race. It's actually on Wednesday nights, but I go to bed before it's on, so I watched it yesterday and one of the things that the teams had to do in the finale when they were in Philadelphia was they had to memorize the preamble to the Declaration of Independence. And I was like,

you don't think that I even know that? And I was. I kind of was getting teared up listening to them like recited, and so I thought, maybe we'd start our Friday with the Preamble to the Declaration of independence. We hold these truths to be self evident, that all men are created equal, that they are endowed by their creator with certain unalienable rights, that among

these are life, liberty, and the pursuit of happiness. That to secure these rights, governments are instituted among men, deriving their just powers from the consent of the governed. That whenever any form of government becomes destructive of these ends, it is the right of the people to alter or to abolish it, and to institute new government, laying its foundation on such principles, and organizing its power in such form as to them shall seem most likely to affect

their safety and happiness. Words we don't hear very often, but it's what we're I mean, it's what we are thought. It was kind of a cool reminder and a nice patriotic data. Is a way to start the day. Here's what's ahead on wake up call. A Metro passenger has been shot and killed on a bus in Commerce. The shooting yesterday is the fourth violent attack on the Metro system just this week. La Mayor Bath says it's no longer safe on Metro and announced plans to add more police to buses, trains,

and stations. Closing arguments could be held on Tuesday. In former President Trump's trial in Manhattan. The judge says both sides should be ready by then. Court adjourned for the week after ex Trump lawyer Michael Cohen's testimony wrapped up yesterday. We're going to be talking with ABC's Peter Hara Lumbus, who's been in the courtroom in Manhattan. We'll talk to him in just a couple of

minutes. The number one golfer in the world, who's favored to win the PGA Championship, has been cuffed and put in the back of a cop car. ESPN Siscottie Scheffler was detained for not following police instruction during traffic delays outside Valhalla. Okay, that'll be interesting to say. I hope they get the cuffs off in time for him to tee it up. We'll check in with

Jason Nathanson to find out if Imaginary Friends. We'll make a splash at the box office and sometime this hour, I've got a four pack of one day, one park tickets to the Disneyland resort, so you can go check out Pixar Fest at Disneyland or Disney California Adventure Park that's coming up this hour. Let's get started with some of the stories coming out of the KFI twenty four hour newsroom. A man riding a metro bus and commerce has been fatally shot

by another passenger. La County Sheriff's deputies were called yesterday afternoon to a stretch of Slawson Avenue between Eastern and Garfield where the bus was stopped. Suspect approached the victim from behind, pointed a firearm at the victim. The victims sustained a gunshot wound. Lieutenant Arthur Spencer says the shooter ran off but was caught

a short distance away. The injured man died at the hospital. More police officers are going to be patrolling the Metro system in La Mayor Bass ordered the added officers. The mayor and other Metro board members have also ruled out a motion that would increase police deployments on the system. The mayor says the system has had a spike of violent crime. When you have a spike, you respond aggressively to that spike, and that's what we're doing. Two people were

stabbed on the Metro system earlier this week. Officers say they've recently arrested people for having drugs and weapons on them in downtown La Blake trolley Kafin News. Airports are expected to be jam packed this summer. TSA officials say they're expecting six to eight percent more people to travel around the US this year compared to last. With Memorial Day just around the corner, officials are urging people to get to airports early, get parked, and be prepared for long lines at

TSA checkpoints. Let's say, good morning now too, Peter Plumboss Peter, no court today, but a lot happened. Yes, so if you would tell us what happened. During the cross examination of former Trump fixer Michael Cohen, yeah so. Over six hours of cross examination, defense lawyers hammered at Michael Cohen's credibility and suggested that Cohen lied about a major piece of evidence in

the case. So on Tuesday, Cohen told jurors that in the days before the twenty sixteen election, he called Donald Trump through his security guard to confirm the plan to go forward with a hush money payment to Stormy Daniels. But yesterday defense lawyer's team was evidence suggesting that at the time, the major issue on Cohen's mind, and the reason for that phone call was actually the fact that Cohen was being dealing with an onslaught of prank calls from a fourteen year

old. Or saw text messages between the fourteen year old and Cohen, fourteen year old saying quote, I didn't do it in all caps, I'm fourteen. Please don't Michael Cohen say he was going to refer to the matter to the Secret Service. And then we saw text messages between Cohen and Donald Trump's

security guard about referring the matter to the Secret Service. The evidence all suggesting that the reason Michael Cohen placed that phone call on October twenty fourth, twenty sixteen, the one he said was about the stormy Daniel Toush money payments, was actually for Cohen to complain about this prank caller. Cohen stood by his testimony, suggesting that at the end of the day, he was calling for

both to both complain about the prank caller and talk to Donald Trump. But it remains an open question at this point whether or not the jury is going to see his entire testimony as credible. Michael Cohen's the only witness in this case who clearly pins Donald Trump to the underlying criminal conduct in his case.

Even if it's just one minor inconsistency in his testimony, they could have a wide, raging impact on his credibility with this jury and their ability to trust everything he said at face value, because the whole thing is about creating reasonable doubt. Right. Yes, it's one hundred percent right. And that was

completely the aim of these two days of cross examination. Poke holes wherever they can in Michael Cohen's testimony and hope that they could help create that reasonable doubt in the mind of this jury so they don't take Michael Cohen word and they tossed out his testimony basically. Okay, And now, Peter, I'm going to remind everybody that you're in the courtroom, so you're seeing how they're reacting

and interacting and that kind of thing. And what we've heard is that Michael Cohen has been very calm on the stand and hasn't really seemed flustered or anything. Is that how he is? That's fair. I mean, I've seen Michael Cohen testify before, and he was a flustered, defensive person on the witness stand. He's very different during this trial. He's composed, he maintains it's cool. He answers every question with a yes sir or a no,

sir. He hasn't really kind of fell into lines of question that would get him agitated. But interestingly, yesterday the jury heard a different side of Michael Cohen through a recording of Michael Cohen's podcast. So while Michael Cohen might become cool and collected on the witness stand, they heard what Michael Cohen sounds like when he goes on a podcast. They heard Cohen say, quote, I want this man to go down and rot inside. That's the most team quote,

by the way, way that I can say on the radio. There were other quotes that really suggested there was this deep animosity Michael Cohen seeming giddy about the idea of Donald Trump getting indicted and going to prison. So while the jury might have heard a common, cool, collected Michael cone on the witness stand, they also heard an example that Michael coe is not always that way, and that you know, when you take him out of the context

of a courtroom, he can sound very different about his former boss. Yeah, and it's that, you know, with the whole personal vendetta thing. Then saying, you know what, He's willing to go to any length to see Trump get in trouble or get convicted. So be interesting to see how they react to that. Is there any indication whether Trump is actually going to take the stand. He has said before that he would be willing to, but now they're saying, now we probably won't, or do we have any

update on that? So defense lawyers haven't made a final decision. The judges asked them that on multiple times this week. One of my colleagues, who was working in the hallway yesterday to handle I guess the camera for Trump's remarks, asks Trump whether or not he's going to testify. Trump didn't answer that question, but yeah, we've known he wants to testify. We know he's

kind of had cold feet with the gag order in the case. But it remains an open question, and that question will really determine what the timeline of this trial looks like. If Donald Trump testifies, that's going to take up a good portion of next week. It's likely going to push closing statements until after Memorial Day, with deliberations beginning in late May, possibly even early June.

Though if Donald Trump doesn't testify, the judges ready for the closing statements in this case to happen on Tuesday, meaning the jury could get the case Tuesday afternoon or begin deliberating on Thursday. That could rapidly speed up the timeline for this case and possibly have a verdict by the end of next week. Wow. Okay, then, and is Cohen done or is he back on

the stand Monday? So Cohen's nearly there. He's got about another hour or so of cross examination on Monday morning, then a redirect examination where prosecutors will try to rehabilitate some of the damage from that cross examination. After that, he's the last prosecution witness. The prosecution will rest their case after twenty witnesses in total, more than four weeks of testimony. And at that point it's now in the defense's hands to determine how much of a case they want to

present. They've suggested that they might call one defense expert witness and then only Donald Trump if they decide to make that decision. Okay, And you just mentioned that the trial's been going on for four weeks already. Are you seeing anything about people inside the courtroom and getting antsy to get this thing done? Honestly, I hear a lot of amptiness from some members of the media in terms of their plans for the long weekends, and you know, this thing

not getting in the way of the summer. But there hasn't been any indication from the jury that they're tired or they're falling asleep. They seem as attentive as they were on day one of this trial, to be honest. So it doesn't seem like anyone's exhausted yet. So this thing has been going on for a while when you consider jury selection, that one week of jury selection, this trial has been going on in New York five weeks now, four

weeks of testimony in front of a jury. Well all right, well, thank you for your information and your insight, because again, you've got eyes on it and most people don't. And it's been really interesting to watch all the recaps on the on the cable channels of how they're trying to portray what's going on in the courtroom because they can't see it and they can't hear it to share it with us. So I love that you're in there for us.

Days after police and riot gear cleared out pro Palestinian protesters. Demonstrators had occupied a lecture hall Wednesday, in what Chancellor Howard Gilman called a sad day for our university. Nearly fifty people were in arrest, including some who said they are UCI faculty members. Sonoma State University President Mike Lee has been placed on

administrative leave after without approval from the cal State system. He sent out a campus wide email talking about an agreement made between the school and pro Palestinian protesters. I think the administrative leave doesn't go far enough that particular university leader has no place leading a university in our state. California Congressman Kevin Kyleie says universities that have elevated the voices and cave to the demands of protesters have silenced pro

Israelian Jewish groups. CSU says Lee has been put on leave because of insubordination and consequences it has brought upon the system. Lee says he takes full ownership of his actions. Leaders in LA have spoken out against a statewide ballot measure. The business groups behind the Taxpayer Protection and Government Accountability Acts say it would

give control over future taxes and tax increases to voters. LA Mayor Karen Bass opposes it and was joined at a city hall rally yesterday by labor leaders and city Council President Paul Grekorian, who says voters should say no. This is another cynical, deceitful, dishonest attack on government. The opponents of the measure argue it threatens billions of dollars in existing fees and charges and already approved ballot

measures. Michael monks KFI News there is a chase going on. Normally these happened a little later in the day, but there's somebody in a white van. Apparently it's a woman, and police have been following her trying to get her to pull over. They've rammed the van that she's in several times. She was in neighborhoods. Then she's back on the four or five, but now she's speeding the wrong way on the four h five and like into oncoming

traffic. It's just crazy. They've got the police helicopters over her, and it looks like they've shut down the freeway because now the freeway, the freeway

north bound is clear. Oh my goodness, so they've stopped traffic, and now she's coming up to that line of where the traffic has stopped, so there's a ton of cars waiting to get through, and she just plowed straight into several of them, including confiding came to a stop when it hit a semi and now the feed's breaking up, but it looks like she's gotten out and is running off and just left a trail of destruction. Oh my goodness.

That is just scary. And now somebody's crawling climbing up onto the top of a white van. Don't know if that's the person that they're going after, if it's somebody else, but there's four or five wrecked cars and this person just went head on and now police are going after them with it, going after the person with a taser. We thought it was a woman. It looks like a man can't tell, but was driving erratically and just now she's got her hands over her head and she's surrounded by police again. This

is on the four h five at exit fifty five at Wiltshire Boulevard. Traffic at a standstill, several officers around this person and now they're grabbing that person and taking him into custody. Wow, that is a crazy way to start the day. So if you're stuck on the four h five, that is

why. Hopefully they'll figure out what was going on. This person was driving like erratically and then they it would get hit by a police car and then would spin around and keep on going and then would get rammed by a police cars they do those pit maneuvers and then would keep going and just very very crazy. Okay, did we get Jim Ryan back on the phone. Okay, Well, let's get back to what we're following in the KFI twenty four

hour newsroom. Looks like they have taken this person into custody. The county supervisors have voted to approve funding for the legal bills of pro Palestinian protesters who were arrested at UCLA. Republican Supervisor Catherine Barger was the sole vote against the motion. The Biden administration is moving forward with a proposal to reclassify marijuana from a Schedule one to a Schedule three drug. In a video posted on ex

President Biden called the proposal an important move toward reversing long standing inequities. Gaza is getting aid thanks to that floating pier the US built in the Mediterranean Sea. A judge has given Huntington Beach one hundred and twenty days to come up with a plan that zones for more than thirteen thousand affordable housing units. Huntington

Beach is not above the law. State ag Rob Bonta says his office will not stop fighting to solve the housing crisis, working with cities and counties that genuinely want to be part of the solution, and holding accountable those that do not. Huntington b City Attorney Michael Gates says he will appeal Tuesday's rule on the year long lawsuit. The environmental protections under State Lark completely being trampled,

ignored, and set aside in favor of heighthensity development. The housing mandate requires cities to zone for affordable housing, which developers can then decide to build by twenty thirty in Orange County. Corbin Carson kf I news. A fifteen year old boy attacked by three other teens in South la is in grave condition. Police a two teens were eating at a restaurant on Tuesday night when they were approached from behind and brutally beaten. The fifteen year old sister says her brother

did not know the people who are attacked her attacked him. One guy was arrested Wednesday on suspicion of attempted murder. Investigators are trying to find the two others. A ups driver has been fatally shot in Irvine. Police Sergeant Carrie Davies says the driver was on lunch break yesterday in his van when a pickup truck pulled up and the driver fired a shot. The driver of the suspect vehicle never got out of the car, just reached across the passenger seat and

shot the driver through the window. Davy says it does not appear to have been a robbery. The suspected shooter was arrested a few hours later in Orange following a standoff with SWAT. The FBI, says former La City Attorney Mike Feuer lied to investigators looking into how the city handled litigation over the botched rollout of a DWP billing system. It led to a lot of customers being wildly

overcharged. The court documents were released this week. Fewer was never charged with a crime and has denied he knew anything about any collusion in the handling of the litigation over the flawed billing system. Country singer Zach Bryan and his girlfriend have walked away from what they call a traumatizing car crash while headed to Arkansas. Podcaster Brianna chicken Fry says their car flipped several times Tuesday and there was

glass everywhere. Thank god, we had our seatbelts on, but there was a lot of blood and we thought like we were like saying goodbye to each other. She says. Brian needed stitches, but they're doing well and are happy to be alive. Brian is currently on his Quitton Time tour and played a show in Arkansas the day after the crash. He'll be heading to la soon, where he'll do three nights at Crypto dot Com Arena starting on June's second. A woman in a white van's been taken into custody after a wild

chase around West LA this morning. The chase ended when the drivers, speeding southbound in northbound lanes crashed into several vehicles that police had stopped on the freeway for the chase. At least two officers were hurt. The carpool lane appears to be getting through on the four or five, but that's about it for now. Russell's going to get an update for us on that. In just a couple of minutes, a Metro passenger has been shot and killed on a

And La Metro Committee has approved a new budget for the agency that is larger than the budgets of eleven states in the US. The committee says the nearly nine billion dollar spending plan will be used to finalize infrastructure projects, boost

ridership, and increase safety. Five Handle on the News. Something apparently happened four years ago at Supreme Court Justice Samuel Alito's house, and it's causing a big stink. You know we're going to talk about all of us being biophiliacs in just a second. But also I know that you are a bee guy and World b Day is Monday. Did you know that? I did not know that it is. Do you have a Do you have a hive? I? Do you have a well? I went out to the Valley Hive in Chatsworth. Yeah, yeah, yeah, And so we're going to take you on a little journey

to discover bees for World b Day on Monday. So I thought i'd let you know about because I know you're a big b fan. That's perfect That Vallei Hive is the best place in town to do that too, So great. Okay, so let's talk about being biophilias biofiliate. Is it well? We're talking about outdoor living this weekend, and I'm taking a slightly different approach. I feel like I have over the years here warmed up our listeners enough

to hit them with the hard stuff. And that is basically biophilic design. And it's not anything radically new. Architecture has been addressing it for a while, but it's important to understand, I think more and more important these days. Biophilia simply means a love of nature, or maybe the better way to express it or translated is a partnership with nature. I love nature. I know you do. We all do. And here's the thing. Here's the

thing. We all love nature more then even a lot of people realize they love nature, because there are folks out there these days, lots who are like, no, I'm kind of an inside person, I'm kind of an urban person. I'm not a nature lover. Well you may think that, but it's actually not true. At least it's not true for your body.

And that's what biophilic design is all about. It addresses the fact that we're starting to realize now in a major way, so much of the stress, anxiety, and learning disability issues that we have contributed to our inexperiencing our generation like never before. That a lot of it comes from the fact that we have cut ourselves off more and more from the natural world around us when our

bodies are programmed to be a part of it. I mean, we're talking about two million years of experience with the surroundings and the sensorial experience of outdoors. And now, more than ever, especially like in the last seventeen years, we're indoors. We're glued to screens all day long, and it's having its effect on us. And so even our solutions get ahead in the wrong direction. And what I mean by that is, well, let me ask you this. I'll give you a little quiz. Okay, are you ready?

All right? So you know, we all know that noise at some level is stressful, right, Urban noise is stressful. In fact, we found that studies have shown every five decibel increase in background noise correspondingly decreases reading comprehension in children by two months. Right. Well, constant background noise, yeah, all right, you raise the level of that noise five decibels, you will decrease reading comprehension levels by two months of progress. And the more

you go, the more it decreases. Okay, it's attention deficit issues, it's learning comprehension issue, and so on. So we all know that noise is stressful to us. It raises cortisol levels in us, whether we are paying attention to it or not. So we naturally these days try to escape at times from the noise and get quiet. So here's the quiz. When you're getting away from urban noise, what do scientific studies revealed to be the

sound environment most relaxing to the human mind. Is it meditative music, quiet, meditative music like we put in our headphones. Is it total silence like you put your headphones on noise canceling mode and you just sit in silence. Or bird song? Which is it? Well, I'm gonna I'm gonna guess based on what you've just been telling us, that it's going to be bird song. It is absolutely one hundred percent bird song, without question, without

question. Noise is stressful to us, but we're beginning to find out that total silence is also when we're awake, is also stressful to the human mind. And the reason is this. We have cohabitated outdoors in nature with birds, like I said, for two million years and birds are amazing. They're hyper aware of their environment, and so when there are predators nearby, or when there are dangers nearby, guess what the birds do. Sinking silent,

they stop singing. Okay, So absolute silence to a human mind on a deeply subconscious level, is actually more stressful than hearing birds song, because when we get up in the morning and the birds are chirping and singing and going about their business, whether we realize it or not, it is a message to us to our brains, hey, everything's okay, business is usual, it's safe out here. Enjoy your day. And that's literally what it communicates

to our minds because we have been ingrained to understand it that way. And that is just one example of what we're talking about when we say biophilic design, and we're not talking about stuff like, oh, sure, Dean, if you have ten million dollars, you can build a house like a nautilus shell and have you No, no, no, no, it's not that this weekend. We're talking about very simple things like, hey, for your backyard, buy a bird feeder, bring birds into your yard. You you

will have less stress and be more relaxed when you spend time outdoors. Oh I love that. Okay, well, I'm going to look forward to that because it sounds so nice and relaxing. It is, And I bet you have a relative. I bet you have other tips and tricks to make your outdoor space relaxing and inviting and biophilic. Exactly. It's just the tip of the iceberg. We have a whole list of things that people real things, real world things that people can do with their own homes to change the way

they experience nature around their home. Yes, I think we do need to reconnect with nature. It's going to be so interesting. Okay, So you can listen to Dean Sharp. of the stories coming out of the KFI twenty four hour newsroom. A volunteer who offered medical aide protesters at UCLA says it was like a battlefield when police moved in to clear the camp. Elaine Chan went to UCLA and says she was treating broken bones, head injuries, and bleeding wounds without water and power.

She told Kaiser Health News the injuries were from rubber bullets and other less lethal weapons, but a tipity chief from LAPD and a source with CHP both say they don't even own rubber bullets, and the primary less lethal weapon of choice as a forty millimeters foam projectile. Pepper spray, aerial flash bangs and batons are also used. A bean background is used for targeted tactical situations and typically not in large crowds. All weapons are deployed only when directed to do

so. Steve Gregory Kaphie News Israeli protesters have attacked a truck in the West Bank after an apparent effort to block AID into Gaza. The Israeli military says the protesters beat the driver and set the truck on fire. Israeli soldiers were also attacked as they tried to separate the attackers from the driver and provide medical treatment. Israeli media says the truck was carrying ordinary commercial goods, not AID

for Gaza. The third annual Women's Lifeguard Prep Academy is taking over Venice Beach this weekend. The two day academy, hosted by the La County Fire Department, is open to anyone sixteen and older interested in training for a career as an ocean lifeguard. Participants will be led by professional lifeguards and firefighters. They'll swim in the ocean, run in the sand, and do a series of physical fitness exercises. We're following that wild chase this morning on the four or

five. It is over after several pit maneuvers by LAPD officers. A female suspect in a white van who had evaded police during a high speed chase has been detained near the Wilshire Boulevard exit of the northbound four or five Freeway. She was speeding southbound in lanes and crashed into several cars. That's when the chase finally ended. Almost half the protesters arrested at UC Irvine this week were not students. Twenty six were students, two were faculty, nineteen had no

affiliation with the school. You see, Irvine will resume in person classes today following the protests earlier this week, the House is passed the Ticket Act, which will make ticket sellers disclose all hidden fees before you actually purchase the tickets. It also bans sales of tickets that sellers don't actually have, and guarantees refunds for events that get canceled. It now moves over to the Senate.

We're just minutes away from handle. On the news this morning, the Biden administration says it's going to speed up the process for people crossing the border claiming asylum. But right now, let's say good morning to ABC's Jason Nathansen. Jason, what if we all went to the movies this weekend? What would we see? We would see if Imaginary Friends. Although I think this chase this morning was quite more captivating than any of the movies. It was wild.

I haven't seen something like that, especially live in a long time. I hope the people in those cars are okay, But that was that's a wild, wild chase anyway, if is it stands for an imaginary friend? It's about a girl who discover she can see everyone's imaginary friends, and she embarks on a magical adventure to

reconnect forgotten imaginary friends with their kids. Right, because when you have an imaginary friend is a kid. When you're a kid, then you grow up and you forget about that imaginary friend, but the imaginary friends still there. It's just in limbo. What does it do? Where does it go? How does it? You know? So that's kind of what that's about. Ryan Reynolds Stars. This is live action and animation, So like Roger Rabbit, right, think about that, Like, so you have actual actors walking

around in the world with animated beings. Ryan Reynolds Stars, he's a real life person in this. Kayleie Fleming is the girl in this. And then you have the voices of the imaginary friends voiced by Steve Carell, Phoebe waller Bridge, Matt Damon, Emily Blunt of course, because that's John Krasinski's wife, and a bunch of others. But unfortunately, if just didn't work for me. I really wanted. I love the premise and I love the thought

of it and the Roger Rabbit comparison. Just no that that's the style that you're kind of going into, but the movie's nothing like that, So don't expect that kind of energy. Don't like, get that out of your mind. Okay. I wanted it to have a little bit more of that energy, but it did not. It was just a bit too serious. It was trying too hard to be emotional. I didn't cry once, although it really wanted me to, like really bad at wanted me, and I just

it's it's a little slow and a little too kind of cloying there. I can't see little kids liking it because it's a little too slow and not wacky enough, like there's a sweet spot in there maybe for an eleven or twelve year old, And that's kind of it. And I have to say, I went to a theater where a bunch of kids were watching it. There are kids on their iPads in the theater with the sound on in the iPad,

So parents, please do a better job. That's really annoying. Yeah, the hearts were in the right place in the making of this movie, just didn't work for me six point four out of ten, So on the Jason on them. But it's going to win the weekend and pretty well because we haven't had a family type friendly film in a while. And that big furry one is so cute. Yeah it is. Some of the characters are cute, but yeah, just a miss okay, not cute enough, Okay,

So then let's move on. We've got Amy Winehouse in theaters thirteen years after she died. Why, Yeah, this is a biopic about her. We haven't had that, and her life is certainly warranted of that and her voice and everything about her, and I think a lot of people there are a lot of questions about exactly what happened. Why did a twenty seven year old woman basically drink herself to death when she was on top of the world, and you know, she had a voice that was just so unique and

so wonderful. So that's what this story is about. Back to black, the story of Amy Winehouse played by Marisa Abella, who when first clips of

this came out. She was savaged on the internet, particularly on TikTok because said she didn't look enough like Amy No her voice people were they thought that the singing was very affected and Marissa Abela is doing I don't know if it's all the singing, but she does a lot of the singing in this, and they felt that her voice just didn't stand up to Amy Winehouse's, that it was too affected with the runs, and Ammy Winehouse had a very affected

voice. I would say put that aside. It's not a train wreck. It's not a disaster. Some people were worried about or had you believe. But the film itself, I don't know that it does Amy Winehouse justice because a film like this could be an Oscar winning film, right. We've seen him before, certainly when it comes to music biopics. If done right, they do win Oscars. This is not there. It's not terrible, so maybe wait and watch it on the stream. Possibly Mauricy Abella brings a nice

humanity to it, but we just don't learn enough. I feel about the demons that drove this woman to basically drink herself to death, and maybe she didn't have those demons. Some people are just their their chemistry is like that. You know, they don't necessarily need trauma to then turn into the trad But too many unanswered questions here six point six out of ten for me. Okay, and then finally, let's move over to the stream because I've been

waiting for this one for a while. Now, are you talking about Bridgerton? Yes, I assume season three at Bridgerton, which is out, and yes, people have been waiting for a while fans of Bridgerton, of which I am not. I really I like it's more of a chick flicky kind of thing. Yeah, but that's fine. I like chicklicks like I have no problem with that. And I did watch the first season and enjoy it.

Second season I just dropped off. Didn't do anything for me, and I didn't go back to it, and I don't know that I'm going to go back to it. But this season is getting mostly positive reviews. People seem to really be liking it, and you know, it's more of the same kind of stuff you can expect. Covers, you know, classical style covers of Taylor Swift and Billie Eilish and things like that. That's one of

my favorite things about Bridgerton. Is the music. I know people love the soundtrack and score for those reasons, so you can expect a lot more of that. The costumes, the Regency era drama, all of that is back. And they're splitting this season into two parts, so you get a bunch of episodes now and then you're gonna get the second half of it next month June thirteenth. Oh and speaking of that, yes, you got me all excited for Hacks. And they did the same thing with Hacks. They only

let out four episodes and then they just released two more. Well, no, they did two at the beginning and then two. They're doing a weekly drop for Hacks, and that they're doing two episodes a week. I believe that that's the case, and that's been the case. That's how Max releases

stuff. They're usually not an all at once type, but all of these streaming services they're playing around with different things because at the end of the day, what's most important for them is that you stay watching on the service. So if you release it, I'm just going to give all of you guys a message right now, Netflix, Max, release it all at once, and I promise you I will sit by my television set all weekend and binge it. Yeah, but then once you're done, you're done, and then
