If you're not eating at least .8 grams per pound of bodyweight of protein, make sure you're doing that! Ideally, get to 1 gram per pound. Also, when you lift... make sure you are progressively overloading. You have got to lift more than last time and Give your muscles a reason to grow!

Growing up, I was skinny and fast. In college, I quit running and only lifted. After college, I did 3 years of crossfit. Now, I run long distances and lift heavy. I'm confident that this is what I'll be sticking to for quite some time. Find something that is sustainable for you and stick to it!
