A Little Understanding Goes A Long Way

Hi everyone and welcome back to the podcast! I know it's been a while since I've posted an episode but I'm ready to get back into the swing of things! In this episode I cover a few more tips and tricks that have helped me work with my ADHD. Overall this episode is about working with yourself, being kind to yourself, and finding a little ray of sunshine in all the struggle.
