The Centre for Scottish and Celtic Studies offers a unique perspective on how the “voice of the people” has been heard in Scotland since medieval times. Historians, political commentators and literary scholars consider the role that ordinary Scots played in some of the most significant events over the past 700 years, and whether their views and opinions were taken into account.
