Episode description

On this episode we spoke about the epidemic of chronic disease and the lack of attention it gets from the media, while being the single biggest global crisis in terms of social cost and economic devastation. We also talked about his experiences with one of the last hunter-gatherer tribes in Africa and what he terms the Evolution Gap. A gap that shows the difference between the physiology of the human body and the environment where that physiology lives and interacts. Hence our growing need to rewild ourselves and to generate communities that support vulnerable individuals that want radical presence and transformation.

Eric Edmeades is a successful businessman, serial entrepreneur and professional speaker. He is best known for his motivational speaking and his transformative programs based on Food Anthropology and Behavior Change Dynamics. He is the founder of Wildfit, Speaker Nation and Business Freedom.
