Have you ever noticed that God actually forbids the act of worrying? God doesn't say "try not to worry" or "try to relax a little" he actually says "do not worry". Sometimes I find that almost a little unrealistic. Especially when you have bills to pay and kids to raise, and a house to maintain. How do you not worry?
