LESSON 162
I Am As God Created Me.

This single thought, held firmly in the mind, would save the world. From time to time we will repeat it, as we reach another stage in learning. It will mean far more to you as you advance. These words are sacred, for they are the words God gave in answer to the world you made. By them it disappears, and all things seen within its misty clouds and vaporous illusions vanish as these words are spoken. For they come from God.Here is the Word by which the Son became His Father’s happiness, His Love and His completion. Here creation is proclaimed, and honored as it is. There is no dream these words will not dispel; no thought of sin and no illusion which the dream contains that will not fade away before their might. They are the trumpet of awakening that sounds around the world. The dead awake in answer to its call. And those who live and hear this sound will never look on death.Holy indeed is he who makes these words his own; arising with them in his mind, recalling them throughout the day, at night bringing them with him as he goes to sleep. His dreams are happy and his rest secure, his safety certain and his body healed, because he sleeps and wakens with the truth before him always. He will save the world, because he gives the world what he receives each time he practices the words of truth.Today we practice simply. For the words we use are mighty, and they need no thoughts beyond themselves to change the mind of him who uses them. So wholly is it changed that it is now the treasury in which God places all His gifts and all His Love, to be distributed to all the world, increased in giving; kept complete because its sharing is unlimited. And thus you learn to think with God. Christ’s vision has restored your sight by salvaging your mind.We honor you today. Yours is the right to perfect holiness you now accept. With this acceptance is salvation brought to everyone, for who could cherish sin when holiness like this has blessed the world? Who could despair when perfect joy is yours, available to all as remedy for grief and misery, all sense of loss, and for complete escape from sin and guilt? And who would not be brother to you now; you, his redeemer and his savior. Who could fail to welcome you into his heart with loving invitation, eager to unite with one like him in holiness? You are as God created you. These words dispel the night, and darkness is no more. The light is come today to bless the world. For you have recognized the Son of God, and in that recognition is the world’s.

On the then about allow leave. Welcome, Welcome to the lesson of today. I think we are on air and we are at a key lesson, right Jesus calls it. It's a key lesson. Everybody knows it too. Had a look at this course in Miracles and the sentences I am as God created me. I am as God created me. And of course that lesson is not really the first time that we are looking at it, since it is a key lesson. Jesus already offered that lesson in Lesson ninety four.

Right after those lessons, miracles are seen in light, right, and miracles as seen in light and enlightened strengths are one, Hello, a real to sear and as you know that those lessons really teach us about power of mind. And that is really what we want to give emphasis today in our practice, to remember that there's a power of thought, a power of mind given us and is present right now where in me, in you, right not outside. And in that acceptance of that power, I'm literally disappearing in my

self concept into that what God is. So I am as God created me is kind of a long expression what we have practiced for thousands of years when we were chanting home. It's not really different or I am dead, but one must see whatever that tradition, wherever you wear in practice, it is

a reminder that there's a power of mind. But the power of mind that comes from God himself and is what God is, doesn't need my commentary, and it actually says that in today's lesson, it doesn't need my explanation, It doesn't need an analysis of that, it doesn't need a conceptual understanding, but it needs myself in the experience itself. So this is all that we

seek. And of course Jesus has another lesson and so not just ninety four, but also one hundred and ten, and I will have a look at that, because it is now the third time that he's using the idea. And he will come back at the end of the first part of the workbook lessons you know, where there's incredible sentences are I am not a body, I am free, And here it is I'm still as God created me. And he will do that in the review lessons of two hundred one to two

hundred and twenty. Every day you know, will he will direct us every day to practice that. See that the idea is so incredible because it throws me in my mind to a point where where there's really nothing to do for me. It's just to be that. And that's why it says over and over again, all your problems are gonna be solved in that. One thought.

Yeah, if I would think that would depend on me, you know, and I would need to work on that as you just work right now the lesson you didn't do, the lesson the money, Well, here here you are, and we were doing were reading exactly as it says it.

But in that me accepting that this is not a conceptual teaching where I'm supposed to do something, but it is an acceptance of an undoing, of an unlearning of all I thought that I would be No, I am as God created me, and period, there's no further definition to that where He will give us definitions. In the lesson of Christ, I am His son eternally.

For example, that's one of the nights. But if you just look where we came from in yesterday's lesson, idea then idea, yes you have arrived now then you know, like in that, give me your blessings and we bless each other right now. And all the time there was also the expression then I would behold you with the eyes of Christ. Yeah, I would behold you with the eyes of Christ. What does that really mean?

That means I'm looking inside and acknowledge I am as God created me. Yeah, and see what will I see then in my brother, my own perfect sinlessness in you? And see my perfect seenlessness in you? And that's really what all this idea offers. And he says, actually, you know, there's a little practice description that has been given us where you should choose a

brother. And he made us aware that as you see him now in the configuration as a body or as a kind of a temporary mind idea, he's like nothing for you, you know, and you cannot really see what he can facilitate for you, like to forgive you all your sense, he would say, and his sacred hands can take away the nails which bears you on and lift the crown of songs which you have placed upon your bleeding head.

That was just the sentences before that last remember review only yesterday's lesson. So do you see it before it says, give me your blessing, Holy sn of God does last, And then those the sentences before forgive you all your sins whose sacred hands can take away the nails which builds your own and lift the ground of songs which you have placed upon your bleeding head. Right, nobody else. I did that to myself. You did that to yourself.

And if you see your brother as a limited thought form, he will not be able to do that for you, because you have already given him the meaning who is for you in your own mind. You have already limited yourself to something that would be less than being the savior of the world. My brother is my savior, Yeah, as I am the savior of the world. So my brother is my savior. And there's really no accident, you know, it's not not just where. And then he's talking and he will

answer whom you called a band? Yeah, who is that? He? That is my brother in that full recognition and in my own letting him be the entirety of myself. That is literally Jesus Christ himself. That is what whoever you have in your mind for me. My teacher is the master teacher right facilitates for me. Yeah, but it is still the perfect resurrected Christ. And he will answer whom you called ubon, you called abu him?

Yeah, he will hear the voice for God in you and answer in your own and behold him now whom you have seen as merely flesh and bone, and recognize that Christ has come to you. Wow, now I'm really close. I've kind of cut that gap. I've closed the gap between that me and myself, between me and my brother. Now I am as God created me, can reveal instantly that recognition of true self. Do you see that

experience? I cannot have that, make that grab that possessed that. I can only go along and in that sense, practice as it is given me and let it occur, let it reveal to me. And that's still what it is and always will be. It is still a revelatory recognition within us. Now let's have a look quickly at Lesson ninety four, where the ideas again I am as God created me, and it states right away in the

first sentence that this one idea brings complete salvation. Already there we can see how powerful that thought is, the one statement which makes all forms of temptation powerless, and the one thought which renders the egos silent and entirely done. See, that's what we asked for you, as God creatitude, the sounds of this world are still the sights of this world, this severe, and all the thoughts that this world ever held are wiped away forever by this one

idea. Here is salvation accomplished. Here is sanity restored. Amazing, you know, like there's in the program, in the dwelve step program, in the second step is I come to believe that a power greater than myself can restore me to sanity. And it isn't even defined to a name of God. You can find that for yourself. You're free, but it has to be greater than yourself, greater than the self concern. Now, if I'm here, he says, I am as God created me, I'm his son

eternally, and follows that this is the one self that never sinned. Noah made an image to replace reality. This is the self yet, the one true self that never left its home in God to walk the world uncertainly. And this is the self capitalized yeah, that knows no fear, nor could conceive of loss or suffering or death again, nor could conceive of loss or suffering or death. That's the entire human condition. The human condition suffers loss

of pain, suffering, and death. Everyone is addicted to death. Nothing is required of you to reach this except to lay all idols and self images aside. Go past the list of attributes, both good and bad, you have ascribed to yourself, and wait in silent expectancy for the truth. God has himself promised that it will be revealed to all who ask for it, and you are asking now. You cannot fail because He cannot fail. This is the most this is the greatest, the greatest idea that you could possibly

come across. And yeah, let's just look at that with a song. And before we move on to the next lesson, where he repeats that lesson one hundred ten at a dook. Thank you, thank you so much. I mean, it is actually completely unbelievable that an idea of one thought would be that powerful, all right, but it is. And if we're looking at where he used that idea previously, in less than one hundred ten,

he would again repeat it and say it again. This one thought would be enough to save you and the word if you believed that it is true. So we are asked to actually hold that true in our mind. It's right in the beginning, it's true would mean that you have made no changes in yourself that have reality, no change the universe, so that what God created

was replaced by fear and evil, misery and death. If you remain as God created you, and here comes this very popular and famous sentence, then fear has no meaning, evil is not real, and misery and death do not exist. Remember at church, how many times, over years and years we were repeating that on Sunday. Let's repeat it again. If I remain as God created me, fear has no meaning, evil isn't real, and misery and death do not exist. Amen. That powerful. I'm going down

one paragra further third paragraph. If you remain as God created you, appearances cannot replace the truth. Health cannot turn to sickness, nor can this be substitute for life or a fear for love. All this has not occurred. If you remain as God created you, you need no thought but just this one to let redemption come to light the world and free from the past. In this one thought is all the beast undone, the present saved to quietly

extend into a timeless future. If you, as God created you, then there has been no separation of your mind from from his, no split between your mind and other minds, and only unity within you own incredible, you know, from the human perspective, unbelievable. Actually, the healing power see here he calls it. We are talking here about power. The healing power of this idea I am as God created me is limitless. It is the birthplace of all miracles, the great restore of the truth to the awareness of

the world. And we are supposed to practice that with gratitude. This is the truth that comes to set us free. This is the truth that God has promised us. This is the world in which all sorrow ends. And then in that lesson one hundred ten we were practicing I am as God created me. His son can suffer nothing, and I am His son. And actually that idea is taken out of the very end of the textbook, in chapter thirty one, in the section choose again. And if you have time,

we will also read that. Now let's turn to today's lesson one sixty two. I am as God created me in s and here also it starts out right away, this single thought, held firmly in the mind, would save the world. Say to me, I am a Scott read me. From time to time we will repeat it as we reach another stage in learning. It will mean far more to you as you advance. This words are sacred for the other words God gave in answer to the word you made.

They are the words God gave in answer to the work you made by them. It disappears, and all things seen within its mystic louts and vaporer so ilusions vanish as These words are spoken for they come from God. They come from God, they see. He uses the words disappearing, vanishing. Here is the word by which the son became his father's happiness, his love, and his completion. Here is the word brother. Here creation is proclaimed and honored, as it is, say, I am a scot track. There

is no dream. These words will not dispel. Yeah, dispel, no thought of sin, and no illusion which the dream contains that will not fade away before they might hear, fade away, fade away, dispel, vanish, Disappear sounds familiar. It looks like you are disappearing. I am disappearing right here now. That's the best thing I can do, and give to my word and just take everything with me. Of course, thank you. They are. He calls it the trumpet of awakening that sounds around the world.

Are you ready, the dead awake in answer to its call, and those who live and hear this sound will never look on death. Remember when Jesus was talking to the disciples and the Pharisees in Charm eight, where he would exactly talk about that. He would say, whoever follows me obays my teaching will not see death, will never die. The dead awake in answer to its call, and those who live and hear this sound will never look

on death. Holy indeed is he who makes these words his own, arising with them in his mind, recalling them throughout the day, at night, bringing them with him as he goes to sleep. His dreams are happy and his rest secure, His safety is certain, and his body healed, because he sleeps and wakens with the truth before him. Always he will save the word, because he gives the word what he receives each time he practices the

words of truth. And today we practice simply for the words we use are mighty, and they need no thoughts beyond themselves to change the mind of him who uses them. So holy is it changed, that it is now the treasury in which God places all his gifts and all his love, to be distributed to all the world. Increased in giving, kept complete because its sharing is unlimited. And thus you learn to think with God. Christ's vision has

restored your sight by savaging your mind. So let's just do that fun moment, you know, let's think with God, and let's remember of those gifts that are given us and that they are ours. They are in our mind. We are that love, and it depends on our giving it and sharing it with and to all the world. Exactly as he says here, sol Fleener, draw back the curtains open, the winddows s, full up the blinds, sof Fleener, letting the line in heaven, leabreeze, so divine.

Everything's calling you, calling your heaven keeps. Bacon comeby, Comeba, Gentlena. Gather you on them brees, set them free, ho a head, then le breathe, Gentleana, fold up the others through the flowers and dancing the clouds. Heather Specca in the clouds, spaconing heaven news Baccony. Quiet, Lena, stand at the altar. You will not fallter, for they have come. Quiet Lena, drink from the fountain. Tell of the

mountain, and the time has come. But to every came spells speken speaking Gentlena, Soft Clena, quiet Lena, come back, come back, soft Lena. Draw back the curtains when the winddows full up the B line, soft Lena, letting the line, landing the line, in landing the line, the popular bashing back, thank you, thank you so much. You see, it is just dropping into that experience, and there's no doing involved

in whatsoever form. And it is not it is not really possible to do this lesson, But it is possible to accept the idea and to believe in it, and to just go along and remember it. I can remember it, and by remembering the idea, I can remember what that power of mind brings. And that is exactly that experience of light we are sharing right now. So Christ Vision has restored your side. We honor you today. Use

is the right to perfect holiness you now accept. Except you now accept you haven't obviously accepted it before, or you wouldn't need to accept it now. With this acceptance is salvation brought to everyone. For who could cherish sin when holiness like this has blessed the world. See, those are like questions which direct the mind to the complete acceptance when holiness like this has blessed the word

It's already happening. Who could despair when perfect joy is yours, available to all as remedy for grief and misery, all sense of loss, and for complete escape from sin and guilt. And who would not be brother to you now his redeemer and his savior again, Who would not be brother to you now you his redeemer and his savior. Who could fail to welcome you into his heart with loving invitation, eager to unite with one like him in holiness,

to welcome you into his heart? Miss loving invitation, eager to unite with one like him in holiness. He puts it as a question. But we are asked to go into that experience. And that's the reason why you have arrived right now at the right time. And you couldn't have arrived earlier, and you would not be able to arrive a moment later either. And

of course the other guy is his fort no that you're delayed. But you know, like, if you really go in that acceptance of the idea I am as God created me, I get a slight sense of the perfection of this plan for salvation of the world. It is really always the right time, the right place, exactly where I am, where you are. You are as God created you. These words another word he uses is dispelled. These words dispelled. The night and darkness is no more. The light is

come today to bless the world. For you have recognized the Son of God. And in that recognition is the word's recognition. Just beautiful expressions of the fact you are the savior of the world simply because you made the word. I am the savior of the world, because I made it up in mine. Thank you restlessly park crazy, changing dreams, and woke to find you standing by my bed. Clahami Owen's Wild Blowing. When you're called me first,

you spoke my name. Your voice was still the same. You beckoned me, and I arose to mollow where you land out among the wild laniards. The mountainist had lantern every white nest to the hill, silver spiderest threadings. Called my face. You've darted through the bracken trailing. Start dusting your wake. I knew it'd stopped beside us sacred place. Clahmia Owen's Wild Blowing. When You're called me first, you spoke my name. Your voice was

still the same. You beckoned me and I your ra still follow Where have you land out among the wild? Linr? You stopped prom the fairy hell, the whole lot tree, I thought I heard the lonely bench went held your hand to ward me and tied to touch your bands, but wonte to buy you, just to treat the henry OANs were bowling when you called me, just your prying. Your voice was still sad. You beckoned me and buy your rose to Pollo? Where had you out among the wild? Pignard?

Can your wan's well flowing? When you called me first you spoke my name, Your voice was still the sad. You beckoned me, and I closed to follow where you said, out among the world. And you might even have it now, You know, when when such a powerful ideas offered, the mind normally goes start spinning immediately, you know, and the ego immediately that while, yeah, nice idea, but it's not mean. And I have this little piece of nothing, and you know, this miserable idea

of myself within the body and whatever. It's this chat down and that's really what we are given and offered to apply. Jesus calls it temptation, and he asks us to make it happy In responding with that idea, yeah, and if you're gonna go to the very end of the textbook, yeah,

yeah, because I'm gonna read here something the textbook. Yeah, and it's the first part of this closing murgers okay for those who are new here, and he I mean, it's amazing, right, channels, And it's amazing that at the very end, you know, after almost eight hundred pages and giving us everything and every recognition about anything you could ever think of yourself, and then at the very end, he basically says, well, you know,

you can always choose again whatever you experience is and he actually uses that idea. I'm gonna share the two paragraphs yeah, fifth and six paragraph Yeah, where he says learn it's a learning involved. Learn, then the happy happit of response to all temptation to perceive yourself as we can with these following words, and guess what he's gonna use. Yeah, let's say together, I am as God created me, his son can suffer nothing, and I am his son. You can carry you can remember that. You can carry

that through the day. I mean, of course, your your mind is probably pretty well burned out by the light. But those two sentences he still keeper, can keep up. I am as God created me, I am his his son, can suffer nothing, and I am his son. And look how he continues them. Does is Christ's strengths see again, power strengths, Christ strengths invited to prevail, replacing all your weakness with the strengths that

comes from God and that can never fail. It can never fail. And thus are miracles as natural as fear and agony appear to be before the choice for holiness was made. For in that choice, are false distinctions gone,

illusorily, alternatives laid by, and nothing left to interfere with truth. Just another few verbs instead of dispelling, vanishing, disappearing right here says they're late, bite, they are gone, Sa way, Basoul, You are as God created you, And so is every living thing you look upon, regardless of the images you see, regardless of the dream you dream, what you behold as sickness and as pain as weakness, And the suffering and loss is

but temptation to perceive yourself defenseless and in hell. Yield not to this, and you will see all pain in every form wherever the curse again, but disappear as mists before the sun. I have never seen in the full blown sun that fog could stay and remain. It's just a matter of time, you know. You might be up in high mountains where the fog is still there and holding itself for a long time, but the sun gets strong and

strong and warmer, and the fog disappears. That's an old expression from Eastern philosophy. You know, the conceptual mind, the human mind is chad da da da da da dada is telling oneself who you are, not, who he is not. It simply disappears. It has no chance to stay because it has no substance. Thank you, Father, and miracle has come to heal God's son and close the door upon his dreams of weakness, opening the way to his salvation and release. Choose once again, what you would have

him be? What you would want your brother, who is God's son, what you would want him be that Choose again, remembering that every choice you make establishes your own identity. You see it establishes our own identity, as you will see it and believe it is. Last few sentences. Deny me not, says Jesus. Deny me not. The little gift I ask, when in exchange I lay before your feet the peace of God and power to bring this peace to everyone. You see, you bring this peace to everyone

who wanders in the world uncertain, lonely, and in constant fear. That's what human beings feel and what their experience is. You bring this peace to everyone. You I for it has given you to join with him and through the Christ in you, unveil his eyes and let him look upon the Christ in him. You see, there's no doing involved, there's no convincing involved,

there is no being smarter involved. It is through that grace of God, that power of our own mind to see in him, in the Son of God, in my brother the Christ, and he will see it for himself, and he will see me, behold me in the same light. Well, here we are, and I say just thank you so much for being here wherever you find yourself listening online or you know, just tuning into

his mind, because this is the voice from heaven. And we continue joining in that choor and that voice by you the video of today with the mind of the Master Teacher, and he will also in that Illuminate Mind training series to less than one sixty two. I am as God created me. Thank you blessings, greetings. I love you with all my heart. Bye bye. You have been listening to voice from Heaven live in the Miracle Sealing Center.

Remember that God's voice speaks to you all through the day, That God goes with you wherever you go, and that God is the mind with which you think. God bless us everyone,
