reminder. What most of you have noticed is that the daily remind is an essential part of your awakening. Right, That's why we do lessons every day. Right, That's why we practice this all day long. That's why we get together in this class, however, right to just for a moment tune in. Right, we're tuning in with reality, we're tuning in with God. And as you, as you're being filled with the light of God,
then you take that with you in the business of the day. When you go out into the world, you take that light with you and you then fulfill your function as being the light of the world. So today we are looking at the idea of what am I one am I. Let's read what it says and then we'll read the Lesson of the day. I am God's son, complete and healed and home, shining in the reflection of His love in me as his creation sanctified and guaranteed eternal life. In me is love
perfected, fear impossible, and joy established without opposites. I'm going to read that again and look at how he just expresses the truth about you, not your idea about yourself, but what you are in truth. I'll read that again in me, right, because you have such a tendency just to skip over that, but these are true ideas. Right in me? Is love perfected, fear impossible, enjoy without opposite. That's an amazing idea. Fear is impossible in you, Well, I'm fearful, Yeah, I know,
but it's impossible. You're only fearful because you're wrong about yourself. Right, Well, I'm not really happy, while in you is joy established without opposites. And you that's unhappy. It is not real, and that's your misidentity of yourself. You have made an image of yourself, a concept of yourself that has nothing to do but what you really are. And this is of
course why we get together and why we practice the reversal of thoughts. Right, I need to remind myself right, that what I thought I was is not what I am. I am the holy home of God himself. I am the heaven where his love resides. I am His Holy siinlessness itself, for in my purity abides his own. Our use for words is almost over now. Yet in the final days of this one year that we gave to God, together you and I, we found a single purpose that we shared.
Now this is the true thing, isn't it. We found a single purpose of departure, if you will, from this world, by the practice of the mind training. Of of course, in miracles, the training is your departure, right. The training is the change of your mind, or the departure is the change of your mind. That's what it is. It's
not some it's what makes it possible. Right. The thing that keeps you here is your belief in it. What keeps you apparently here in space time is the way you think, or Jesus will say in discourse and miracles, the way you're actually really not thinking at all. Right, you're not really thinking conceptual thinking, fearful thinking. And thus you joined with me. So what I am are you as well? The truth of what we are is not for words to speak or nor of, nor of, nor describe.
Right, words fail entirely. You can't express this in words. Yet we can realize a function here, and words can speak of this and teach it too. If we exemplify the words in us. Now that is really important, right, So yet we can realize a function here, right, and words can speak of this and teach it too. But then the last part is word if we exemplify the words in us. Otherwise it becomes meaningless. If we do not exemplify the words, and if they just remain words,
it's nothing and words are cheap, and this is say. Then you know, you become an empty tinkling brass. I kind of forget how this is expressed in but that's what it is, right, You just become you're just repeating the words. That's not what we do. You're way better just exemplifying it. Right, you can teach completely without words, and it would be better than any any any any verbal expression of it. We are the bringers of salvation. We accept part as saviors of the world, which through our
joint forgiveness, is redeemed. You've accepted you're part of salvation of savior of the world. You've accepted the atonement, the onement for yourself. That's your sole responsibility. You do not have another one. That's it. The sole responsibility of you as a teacher of God is the onement for yourself. You can't accept it for someone else. But this is your world. Your salvation is the salvation of the world. And how is it saved through your forgiveness?
He says to our joint forgiveness. Right, because again we share that single purpose, and this our gift is therefore given us. Right. If you forgive, forgiveness will be given you. That truly is that simple right. Through your forgiveness, you will be forgiven. You will experience your own perfection. We look on everyone that's brother, and perceive all things as kindly and as good. We do not seek a function that is past the gate of heaven. Now, I mean that's not a function, a function in
time. What's beyond the gates of heaven is beyond the gates of heaven. Right, it's not the goal of this course. The goal of this course is salvation. Right, is is the correction of your mind. It's called the course of miracles. Right, and not too long ago, what did we read? We read that the miracle is a correction, correct, So that's in time. And it says clearly that the miracle works in time, and it does not intend to go beyond time. Right. What's beyond time
or what's beyond the gate of heaven right is not our concern. That will be automatic once correction is completed. So we do not seek a function that is past the gate of heaven. Knowledge will return when we have done our parts. We are concerned only with giving welcome to the truth. Okay. Ours are the eyes through which Christ's vigiencies of world redeemed from every thought of sin. Ours are the ears that he had a voice for God proclaimed the
world as sinless. Ours the minds that join together as we bless the world, and from the oneness that we have attained. We call to all our brothers, asking them to share our peace and consummate I join. We are the holy messengers of God, who speak for Him and carrying his word to everyone whom He has sent to us. That we learn that it is written on our hearts, and thus our minds are changed about the aim for which we came and which we seek to serve. You no longer come to die.
You come to live. Right, although your purpose might have been death, your new single purpose now is one of remembering who you are. We bring glad tidings to the Son of God, who thought he suffered, Now he is redeemed. And as he sees the gate of heaven stead open before him, he will enter in and disappear into the heart of God. So
that's your idea of today. What am I right? This is what you'll just kind of remember as you go about this day along with the lesson of the day, right, And the lesson of the day is lesson three fifty seven truth answers every goal we make to God, responding first with miracles and then returning on to us to be itself. That is an amazing idea. Right that every call that you make to Gods, which is always a call for help, right, every call is always a call for help, first

Because the whole idea that you need help needs correction, or the whole idea that you think you are in distress or that you're suffering or that needs correction. So the miracle is the first response. There is a need for correction, there's a need for salvation, healing, salvation. So the miracle is the correct response. But then truth will return to you to be itself. Once the correction has taken
place. There is no obstacle to truth. Things are. That's the that's what this course of miracles dot. It removes the obstacles to the awareness of Love's presence. The obstacle is being removed by the miracle because the obstacle simply the or the idea that there is an obstacle is an idea that needs correction. There is no obstacle to truth. Now you might have soup, but they're not true, hence correction. Hm. But once the correction has taken
place, right, the light of truth is simply there. Right, It's it's you're you're you're healed. Right, you're saved, you're happy and free and whole. That's what we just read. nothing else is true. It doesn't really have anything to do with space time. But in space time in the world, the reflection of truth or the equivalent of truth is forgiveness. I love that right. Forgiveness is not necessary in heaven. There's nothing to forgive in reality. But if there is an equivalent of truth here, it's forgiveness. Okay, So I got three words
into that. Good. Let's continue this lesson on right forgiveness. Truth to reflection tells me how to offer miracles and thus escape the prison house in which I think I live. That's an amazing idea. You can actually escape your own self imposed bondage. Right. The way you think is the way you bind yourself. Right, what you bind on earth will be bound in heaven, but what you're free on earth will be free in heaven. You can simply walk out of here by saying I have no need for this anymore.

thought. It is not true. None of these thoughts are true. None of my thoughts are true. Nothing I see means anything. Right. These are all the lessons, and they're simply a correction of thoughts. I am sure that my treasure waits for me, and I need but reach out my hands to find it. Even now, my fingers touch it. It is very very close. I need not wait an instant more to be at peace forever. It is you
I choose, and my identity along with you. Your son would be himself and know you as his father and creator and his love. Sickness is but another name for sin. Healing is but another name for God. The miracle is thus a call to him. Father, you promised you would never fail to answer any call your son might make to you. It doesn't matter where he is, what seems to be his problem. Listen what seems to be his problem, now what he believes that he's become. He is your son,
and you will answer him. The miracle reflects your love, and thus it answers him. Your name replaces every thought of sin, and who is sinless cannot suffer pain. Your name gives answer to your son, because to call your name is but to call his own. And then a lesson for today one more time. Truth answers every call we make to God, responding

your father, because you are not separate from your father. Right. So as you go about your days today, if you go about your day, whatever you're doing today, in these days running up to the birth of Christ, than you, which is today, right, have a great, great day. There is no reason why you should not have a splendid, excellent day today. Right. You have been given the single thought that will guarantee that for you.
